"I have visited the restaurant Oar multiple times and have always had a positive experience. However, yesterday when I went for my birthday dinner during their prime rib night, I received the smallest piece of prime rib I have ever seen. The appetizers we ordered were also not as good as they usually are. I'm starting to wonder if they have a new chef or something."
