"Parking and walking in the establishment is charming and easy to find. Seats are comfortable and good decor. Beer was served with chilled glass and whiskey sour was fine right with proper garnish and good size also reasonably priced, it was $10 for drinks not sure of the division. House salad was fresh, good size and done right, respectable. Option for bacon or egg add on was a welcome option, though I didn't partake the price was only $0.50. Crab cakes were delicious, but won't beat the strong competitors in Ocean City. Still very respectable for Pennsylvania. Flatbread Buffalo chicken pizza was very flavorful and balanced. However Flatbread 8 cut for a grown man is NOT enough food even with the salad. I can't get pizza there again unless I go home hungry. Service was delightful, the manager or owner was pleasant and checked with EVERY customer, in a very friendly not overpowering way. You want to relax when you're eating, his demeanor was PERFECT and welcoming. If he stays at the Road Toad and keeps his passion this place will last a LONG time. Price was medium high, but was worth it and menu is available online."
