"Food was good, but service is terrible. I ordered a Prime Dip. As per menu it cost $21 and it includes choise of side. When the check came my bf notice (I 'm one of those who trust that would come fine) that it was charged $23. Once we asked about the difference in the price, the waitress Alyssa, told us the price in the check was right. So we showed her the menu, then she said that it was $2 additionally for the side. Clearly in the plate description saids it comes with choice of side. She said that anyways she won 't change anything in the check. Then she said the only reason she would take that out is if there is any problem with the food, so she would tell the cheff we didn 't like the food. She came back with the new check (picture) with 2 discounted and ironically said there you have you 2 bucks back . Tha was plain rude.Defenitely that lady doesn 't know the problem is not the 2 dollars, but about honesty and good service.We did bring this to the manager after the incident and she offered to correct the check. We let her know the check had been corrected, but we hope this mistake on the menu would be correct or at the very least that servers would inform guests ahead of time that there will be an additional charge"
