"For our holiday girls night out we chose Razoo?s in Cedar Hill. Great choice by the way. It was a Monday evening with no wait for a table. We loved the fact that the restaurant wasn?t overly crowded. The location worked well for everyone in attendance. Upon arrival, one of the three hostesses pointed out our table. Our server Malik was awesome, accommodating and attentive but not overbearing. The side cesar salads ordered took a while to reach our table but they were worth the wait. A few of our guests selected the Hurricane Salmon which was a hit! I requested the removal of spicy hurricane glaze and it was done. Even without the glaze, the Salmon was delicious and cooked to perfection. The overcooked green beans smothered in gravy were the only reason my plate wasn?t cleaned.. This along with the slow delivery of the side salads and the greeting upon arrival all could have been better. Overall? Location ? Food ? Food Presentation ? Atmosphere ? Service ? ?"

"My first visit with friends to this restaurant was excellent. The customer service was wonderful, with the doors being opened for us upon arrival and we were seated promptly. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks, appetizers, and meals. The waitress checked on us frequently and refilled our drinks as needed. I ordered the stuffed crab and it was delicious - I have no complaints! The fried pickles were also tasty. I hope to come back soon to try more items on the menu. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant."

"While I can write a review about each and everyone at this location they would all be about the same, absolutely phenomenal staff, just really incredible. They go over and beyond every single day, with a smile,warm greeting and genuine concern over my needs. I never thought that staying at a place like this would be such a good experience, but I believe the staff makes the difference, and because of them my views have entirely changed. "I finally made it to Razzoo 's!! Was it worth the suspenseful wait...not in my opinion. I am, by no means, a Cajun food conoseuir ? but I know decent food when I taste it. Removing the appetizer, we walked away paying about $20 per person. When I say we ...I really mean I . My son wanted to go back to this other restaurant in the same plaza but I wanted to try a place we hadn 't been. He ordered the Jambalaya and I had a Tilapia dish. My son hardly touched his food and halfway through mine, I hit nothing but salt. I attempted to eat it but it was just too much. I sit here now nauseous. The serving staff is young but I had no issues. I was greeted at the door by two young individuals holding two separate doors. Enthusiasm is never a flaw. The restaurant was well-lit. The decor, lighting and music volume was at a suitable level to create a calming family ambience. My server was attentive and able to offer opinions about some of the dishes. As always... it 's best to experience it yourself and formulate your own opinion."

"The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. On a Sunday afternoon with only a few tables occupied, there were multiple servers on duty yet our experience was still lacking. The waiter seemed inexperienced or simply indifferent, as he struggled to fulfill simple requests. My wife had to ask for coffee, which he had to confirm the availability of before eventually delivering without inquiring about cream or sugar. He also left our table with empty drinks and failed to offer refills until prompted multiple times. It was apparent that he was not attentive to his duties, unlike other wait staff who appeared to be more engaged with their tables."

"I've been wanting to visit this restaurant since it opened, and I finally made it there tonight! I was certainly not disappointed. Our waitress, Olivia, was incredible. I believe every restaurant should have an Olivia! Since it was my first time dining here, I had quite a few questions, and she provided thorough explanations for everything. She was very helpful and attentive, which made my experience fantastic, compensating for any minor shortcomings the restaurant might have had. The wait to be seated and for our food was not long at all. I will absolutely return and will gladly wait as long as necessary to be seated in Olivia's section again!"

"The service at this restaurant has significantly worsened. When I entered to place a takeout order at the bar, the bartender completely overlooked me, despite my waiting for about 10 minutes. I eventually had to ask the host to take my order. After what felt like an eternity, my food finally arrived, but it was completely wrong. To add to my disappointment, the prices have increased, and the shrimp basket was much smaller than expected for what I paid."

"I came and ordered while ordering. I noticed the cashier at the bar kept rubbing his hand and his head. I called him over and asked him not to rub his hands through his head and he got an attitude. I didn’t ask him to wash his hands. I noticed while I was sitting there he was at the register and rubbed his hands, two more times and his hair, he walked from the register went to the back three times at this time I noticed him rubbing his hands through his head again while he was walking through to pick food up I called the restaurant to talk to the manager named Jeff Jeff said come over and talk to me. I’m standing right behind you. I proceeded to walk over to Jeff He asked me what the problem was and I told him I also said I didn’t want him handling my food and Jeff said why because he touched his hair. Yes, I don’t want her in my phone or on my bag. then Jeff said well, I would just give you a refund. I said no make my food over. He said no I’m going to cancel your order. I went to the bar. He was at the bar. Apparently he couldn’t find my order because he asked me. How did I pay with cash or card, I told him cash. I was like excuse me excuse me Jeff never looked up. I said excuse me manager he didn’t said my name is Jeff as I told you over the phone that was really rude to me. I will never eat at this place again."
