"Our experience was absolutely terrible from the moment we arrived. First, we had to search for the host, and despite having a party of 20, the tables weren't even ready, even though the restaurant was empty. Our server seemed to forget about us and struggled to answer our questions about the meal options. There was no silverware on the table, and we waited 30 minutes just for champagne glasses and our drinks. A friend ordered coffee, and it arrived cold, while the food we received was also cold. At that point, we were so frustrated that we just decided to eat anyway. Unfortunately, the food was awful—the **** was bad, the waffles were dry, and even the eggs were disappointing. Thankfully, we were all happy to enjoy each other's company, but it was still the worst dining experience of my life. To make matters worse, many of us at the table were servers or hosts ourselves, so we were particularly dismayed by the quality of service. We would never treat our customers that way. We even left a tip, despite the service charge being included, because we understand the challenges of the industry. I hope the server reads this review and learns from it. The restaurant cannot continue to be disorganized and treat its guests as though they don’t matter."
