"Now, let’s talk about the desserts! I absolutely adore them, especially French pastries. I bought my treats early in the day, but due to my busy schedule, I couldn’t enjoy them until the following evening. They were good, although some would have been even better if I had eaten them fresh. I chose five pastries: strawberry shortcake, profiteroles, choux, a custard puff, and Mont Blanc. The profiteroles, choux, and Mont Blanc would have been much tastier if I had eaten them closer to when they were first made, as pâte à choux tends to get stale after a few hours, and all three are made from it.
My favorite was definitely the custard puff. It featured a soft, airy chiffon cake filled with light crème pâtissière—absolutely delicious! It wasn’t overly sweet and didn’t have any fancy decorations, but it was just perfect. I will definitely be back; this might just become my new favorite spot!"
