"We had a retirement party for my husband and could not have been more pleased with our experience at Monterey Lanes! The staff made every effort to accommodate our wishes and the service was excellent from booking the event, to serving us food, to keeping the area picked up, etc. I was happily pleased with the clean restrooms on each side of the venue, conveniently placed trash cans, room for personal items, full bar, cleanliness, and quality of the food. I would highly recommend this venue for your parties or just an evening out with friends or your significant other. Great job!"

"We made our reservation using Open Table, which was confirmed, and we received a reminder the day before. However, when we arrived at the restaurant on the scheduled day and time, it was closed. This was extremely disappointing! We’ve dined at this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed everything about it. Unfortunately, this experience was quite frustrating. With a party of eleven, we had to search for a new place to eat by going from door to door."

"I met a friend for dinner at The Cauldron, and we were really impressed. The interior was clean and bright, contributing to a lovely ambiance. Our waiter was very attentive, checking on us frequently, which was appreciated. We didn’t have to wait long for our meals. The house salad was a real highlight, with cucumber slices artistically arranged at the base, offering a refreshing twist compared to other places that just throw greens on a plate. As for the eggplant parmesan, it was the best I’ve ever had while dining out!"

"This is the best pizza I have ever come across from NYC to here in LA beyond. The ingredients are brought in from Italy you can tell on bite #1. I can say that Alfredo his team know how to make a consistent pie too cus they're always fantastic. Just yesterday I bought lunch for a friend who is 62 years old lives grew up in Pasadena on his second bite he literally said out loud to me this is the best pizza that I have EVER had . That's a true story! It happened! I even called Alfredo later in the day to tell em what my friend had said because he (or anybody who runs a business) would like to know that sort of thing. Taste is so subjective we all know that but at the very least Alfredo's is worth putting to your test. So if you're still on the hunt , put this place on your list so as you can hopefully quit hunting. And yeah , they're located in a strip mall. I hope you have the same experience that my friend I many others have had."

"4.7 stars is what I give this great little italian restaurant. My spaghetti meatballs were delicious and my daughter said her meatball sub was yummy and cheesy! We both agreed that my spaghetti noodles and her pasta salad noodles were cooked to perfection. (just beyond firm). We dined in, but they also offer pickup and delivery. The service was prompt with a smile and they checked on us periodically throughout our meal. The atmosphere would have been somewhat cozy, but it was a cool day and they left the door open. An employee asked me if I was cold after seeing me put my hoodie on and she closed the door, so they 're sensitive to customer needs. I also prefer booths which they didn 't have, but that 's a personal thing. Our bill was a bit more than I expected, but that 's because I didn 't look to see how much they charge for beer (lol), so that 's my bad."

"the cafe amalfi was close and had a nyc friendly charm. the owner was in the did of nyc as we were, so we were back assured. the first red flag was however the enormous menu, as it was a tiny pizzeria with minimal seating. but we starved and it looked like it was a good sound. I ordered her seafood pasta dish pasta a la mare and I asked the pasta be served al dente firma. no problem! right. omg! the food back to our rent. first, let me say that the baked ziti my mannes was in order. I don't trust his okays. so a star. I think he's lucky, but it's a simple court but what was on my teller? a few little tasteless garnel and a few scallops? not really sure what they were. the sose tasted like ketchup or maybe tomaten paste directly from the dose. but probably ketchup because of its wateriness. the soße had no texture and no flavor. it had absolutely nothing. the perhaps scallops were muddy and tasteless. I tried two. then I threw everything in the müll where he belonged. the most amazing part of all this was the size of the part. it was tiny! literal only a few forks full of muddy pasta with a few pieces of mysterious seafood, in the 'not so mysterious' sauce. now I understand the menu. eating is old, the portions are tiny, if you dare, and they put ketchup on everything! okay. Maybe there are also tomato paste in oh! and I never have my cheesecake!"

"My 2nd or 3rd time here. If your after one of the tastiest philly steak subs this is the place! Fresh, soft, chewy bread and juicy steak with seasoned fries!! I also picked up an extra large pizza. I'm excited to try that later. The inside is spacious, lots of seating for social distancing and clean restrooms. The staff is friendly and if it was the owner I met, he is a super friendly fellow and a pleasure to meet. Lots of parking and right off the highway. Stop in if you get a chance."

"The delivery was prompt, arriving earlier than the estimated time. We were glad to see that DEAN was our delivery person again. The pizzas were decent, though not the best we've had from them. They’re typically quite reliable. However, the sauce had a slightly bitter taste, which was present across all three pizzas. We will definitely order again."

"This restaurant is a fantastic spot to dine. There’s ample free parking available, which makes it convenient. The staff was outstanding, attentive, and consistently on top of everything. We started with the Romaine salad, which is a generous portion that’s great for sharing, and it was delicious! The Funghi pizza was incredible—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. We also indulged in the wood-fired brownie served with vanilla ice cream and caramel, which was simply amazing! This is definitely a place worth visiting often!"
