"Staff was very unhelpful and unclear about where to stand when I told them I wanted to order and pay. Instead of explaining that there was a line at the other end of the counter they embarrassed me, refused take my order and allow me to pay ahead of time, and again refused my request allowing another customer to step in front of me because I stepped outside for a moment for business reasons. Even when I explained they could make my sandwich after hers! Every other mr. Pickle's I've ever been to has been friendly and helpful and allowed me to order and pay before receiving my sandwich when I asked except for this one. I felt very uncomfortable. was refused service even though I was very polite. I will never come back here to eat."

"Terrible customer service. Walked in, nobody greats you, lady just stands at cashier doing nothing. Guy working making sandwiches seams majorly confused. Makes customer wrong sandwich etc. He helps Another customer that walks in way after me. Iask if I am going to get helped? The other lady working there seams to have attitude after I say I will go somewhere else. Ihope employees realize that there paycheck comes from customers. It?s not like the sandwiches are cheap at this place. Employeesneed to work on customer service skills."
