"The manager permitted a staff member to cyberbully a customer and their family. Rather than facilitating a meeting to address the issue and offer an apology, the customer was accused of bullying and subsequently banned from the restaurant for a year. I doubt the owner would be pleased to see the terrible cyberbullying that this staff member and her friends are engaging in on social media against the family. What they're doing is illegal and could result in criminal charges. I have no desire to return to this establishment again."
