"At one point, a customer asked for a refund because of the long wait. After that customer left, the employee started shouting about him and proceeded to curse loudly as he walked to the back. Later on, he noticed water leaking behind the serving counter and continued to complain loudly, exclaiming, “They don’t pay me enough,” while tossing towels onto the wet floor and watching other employees clean up.
I had my family with me, including my young son, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. When my food was finally ready and bagged, I suggested to him that he should refrain from complaining in front of customers, especially considering how the ringing phones were being ignored by placing them in a drawer. We were the last ones in the restaurant and the last car to leave the now-empty parking lot. Overall, it was a quite miserable experience."
