"This place is an absolute joke. I wish I could leave zero stars. I went to pick up my order, and the email notification said it was ready, but when I arrived, they told me it would be another five minutes. I double-checked the email just to be sure, and it clearly stated, "Order has been picked up, enjoy!" It seemed like my pizza had been given away to another customer. Mistakes happen, but no one here took responsibility or made it right. After waiting longer, they informed me it would be an additional six minutes. Meanwhile, my food was melting in the car, and the kids were growing restless. Finally, 20 minutes after I was told the order was ready, I received a freshly made pizza, while the rest of my order had gone cold sitting there. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. And if you're placing an online order, don't bother typing any special requests— they clearly don't care about your business."
