"Had my first visit to Crave America. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a pleasant dining experience. The overall food quality was good, but the Bison burgers and pork belly lacked the expected flavor. The chicken mushroom pasta had no visible chicken; we speculated if it was blended into the sauce. On the bright side, everything else, from taste to quality, was exceptional, compensating for the minor disappointments. However, the slow drink refills meant we had to share with the kids. Overall, a positive experience with room for some improvements."

"Crave is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. I'm always impressed by the variety in their menu. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is that I found the ambient noise level to be quite high. Additionally, while our server was skilled, they were a bit more chatty than we would have liked. I understand that this is a matter of personal preference, but a server should recognize when customers are engaged in a serious business discussion and avoid interrupting them for small talk about the service and food. Despite these issues, I would never hesitate to return, and I'm sure I will as long as Crave remains open!"

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"The restaurant itself was decent, but the service was quite disappointing. Our server did not take part of our party's drink order, and I had to call her over to assist us. Ordering took a long time, and while the food was excellent once it arrived, we didn't see our server again until we were nearly finished with our meals. She brought out the birthday dessert, but forgot to provide utensils, so I had to ask another server for them. When we requested the check, it took a while to receive it, and when our server finally brought it, she stood over us, waiting for payment. This was the most interaction we had with her all evening. We noticed that a gratuity was already included, which was frustrating because we were not happy with the service and would not have tipped 20% otherwise. We’re disappointed we never saw a manager and felt compelled to leave such a high tip despite the poor experience. We will not be returning."

"Dropped in for dinner with my wife, our son (turns 18 this week) and his two friends as we were at the mall for the VR games. Our waiter don 't recall his name was FANTASTIC. He even sang Happy Birthday to our son in Italian and in opera style...he was very good! The food all around the table was very good, and my wife 's Sea Bass was the best we can ever remember. We had a wonderful experience HUGE thanks (again) to our amazing waiter!"

"We frequent Crave in Galleria and MOA. reservations at Galleria to avoid crowds and sat in bar area. Filled up quickly and wish we had sat in main restaurant which was almost empty at that time. Food and service were excellent, as always. My winner and treat are the chicken and avocado egg rolls with dip. Get them every time"

"The food was decent, and the drinks were priced at $16 each. We chose to visit on a Sunday afternoon because their website advertised all-day happy hour, but that turned out to be misleading—there were no happy hour prices at all. I suppose it was our mistake not to ask about the drink prices, but honestly, $16 for a small margarita? We ordered that because they were out of the ingredients for the blood orange margarita we wanted. The food was acceptable, but definitely not worth the high prices. Overall, everything felt overpriced. On a positive note, our waitress was excellent and very friendly. However, I doubt we will return. We went because we had a $20 off coupon for a $50 spend, thinking my daughter and I could indulge a bit for lunch. Yet, after ordering three drinks and two pasta dishes, our total still came to $85, even with the discount."

"We had a late lunch also had a carryout. The 2 orders to go were hamburgers ordered medium well, no cheese on one burger. Side salad was ordered with no cheese. The burgers were overdone, charred on outside the no cheese burger had remnants of cheese most scraped off. The side salad was also ordered no cheese, it had feta in it. Very disappointed in the carryout order. Will think twice before returning."

"Food was ok but incredible disappointing service. We had reserved a table of 5 for a family birthday via the phone well in advance with a special request for a table away from the bar for quiet seating as it can be very loud and we have members who are hard of hearing. After confirming our request a day in advance with the host via phone we arrived and had a wait 15-20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We reminded the host stand of our special requests and they just said sure they would look into it. We were finally seat at a table literally 5 feet from the bar in the loudest part of the restaurant. The lead host Trish was either ill-equipped to respond to a basic concern or just didn't care enough to respond to my questions on why this was all they had for us. She was unwilling to acknowledge their failings to procure a suitable table despite significant attempted planning our end. The meal was substantially ruined as the birthday person could hear little from the rest of the table. Again, lead Host Trish said there was nothing that could be done as they were busy and walked away. We have been frequent guests of Crave but will be taking a considerable break after such frustrating meal."

"Where this is located in a mall and it is a bit loud. It is an outstanding place. Our server Lizzie was spectacular, to say the least. She was helpful with suggestions and even allowed me to order off the dinner menu for lunch. The food was beyond delicious. I had a bone in rib-eye with mash potaties and grilled asparagus, and my partner had the fried walleye with asparagus. To sit and watch the chefs cok and how the staff moved the dishes out to get served was like watching a show. I can't say enough about our server, the food, and the atmosphere. This is a definite must place to eat."

"I visited this place while at the mall, and the staff were incredibly helpful. With their assistance, I managed to find a few items I had been meaning to purchase. I also discovered some dinosaur and butterfly cookie cutters for the kids, which have been on my wishlist for ages. If I lived closer to this store, it would definitely become one of my favorite spots. However, I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area. Thank you!"

"The inviting aroma as we approached the building gave me high hopes for a flavorful meal. However, upon entering, I immediately noticed the lack of diversity in the room (not one melinated person besides my husband and I), which left me a bit uncertain. Nonetheless, I remained optimistic that the food would be well-seasoned. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Despite the promising smell, the food was bland, with barely any seasoning beyond a hint of salt and pepper. The broccoli salad, with raisins (need I say more), was particularly off-putting and certainly should've been a red flag. I regret spending over $50 on a meal that left me unsatisfied and still hungry."

"Food was decent for our first night on Maui, but what probably stood out most was the service. Wait staff very attentive to ensuring glasses were full with water, no rushing to order, answered questions on the menu, and ensured specials were detailed to our understanding. On top of that, Ford the manager personally greeted us and every table and thanked us for coming in. We were celebrating our younger daughter's straight A year in high school and they acknowledged here with their Maui Pie. Ambiance was great because the dining area was outside under a giant awning. Going around 6:30pm was great for the time of the year because after dinner and dessert are done, it's about sunset. After dinner you can take pictures from the hotel grounds. They make a Hawaiian version of cioppino which my wife liked. My daughter had their crab cakes and I ate steak. I've seen another review speak of their filet as a steak covered in BBQ sauce and I can see how that can be tasted as such. However, it was properly prepared the way I like it, med-rare and I enjoyed the flavor."

"I always enjoy going there to meet friends on Wednesday mornings and we always order the senior breakfast for about $6. It includes two eggs, choice of meats, hash browns, grits or fried apples. My favorite part is that your breakfast includes yourchoice of pancakes, french toast, biscuit, or choose from a variety of bread toasted! What a feast!!! Service is always promptfor my group of 8 to 10 people. We can sit and talk for a couple of hours...we have lots to talk about!!! Highly recommend Joe 's Inn of Bon Air."

"This is a lovely poolside location with a killer view of the ocean. The menu is interesting and the food is very good and very fresh. There are innovative cocktails and juice drinks. The service was attentive and helpful. We each had an ice cream sandwich for desert and traded pieces so we each got to try different flavors. What a great ending to a beautiful meal. A great experience."
