"I had a very disappointing experience at Spanky And Louches. I ordered a turkey salad for the first time and was surprised to find only two small slices of turkey, even though I asked for extra. A few weeks later, I gave them another shot, but it was the same—this time they added tomatoes even though I requested none, and the turkey portion was still minimal. I tried a third time reluctantly, and once again, my salad had no croutons and only three tiny slices of turkey. They charge nearly $15 for this! My mother ordered a shrimp salad and got just three small shrimp, which definitely wasn’t worth the price. I don’t usually complain, but this was really frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from here again. It’s disappointing since I live nearby and often get takeout because I don’t have time to cook. I strongly suggest trying Olympia across the street instead—they have much better portions and don’t skimp on the turkey!"

"No previous problems or incidents before today, but placed an order at 6:30pm, got the OTW text (ordered through GH but the app says the restaurant handles delivery so there was no way to track real-time) at 7:15pm. Called at 8:15pm and 9 because order had not been delivered, though the app said it had been delivered at 7:20, which is about how long it would 've taken a driver to get to my house from the restaurant. Usually the driver calls when they pull up, but I got no call from a driver. Both times I called the restaurant, the employee who answered just said It 's on the way . Didn 't ask for an order number, address, or even let me get out more than I placed a delivery order before replying and hanging up. I get that weekend nights are more busy than weekdays for restaurants, but at the very least an order shouldn 't be marked delivered unless it has been. For all I know, their driver could 've taken my dinner. Hope they enjoyed it."

"Station's pizza is infinitely tastier than the chains' pies. It's much cheaper, too. The bad reviews are a joke. You ain't gonna get $500 Gordon Ramsay food and service at Station Pizza prices. I also like the cheesesteaks, hoagies, fries, and a few other things. The only item that I have disliked here is the flounder. By the way, to the crybabies who have posted silly negative reviews, if Station Pizza has made a mistake, return the item for a refund or replacement. But only if you have tried just a few bites, not after you have eaten most or all of it. If it was so terrible, why did you eat so much? And stop bashing this hardworking business just because they would not tolerate your abuse. Get a grip."

"The quality of the food has declined while the prices have increased. My last meal was the shrimp pasta, which was disappointing. It came with only one piece of cheap French bread from a grocery store. The shrimp and pasta were bland and lacking in flavor. Even adding my own Italian cheese did not help. The sandwiches were also overpriced and underwhelming. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I'm a young person with better things to do than waste my time here."

"This is a locally owned restaurant with a wide variety of food options. The staff is incredibly friendly; I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in. Since it was my first visit, they took the time to patiently explain the entire menu to me. When I requested a few substitutions, they were very accommodating. The fruit served was fresh and delightful. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely return in the future."

"We ordered a pizza recently from there as they sent free coupons to our new address as we bought e new house in the area. We ordered this pizza at 5:11pm. At approximately 6:40 we called to get an update. They stated it was delivered to the wrong address. This is after we stated our current address mind you that they sent the coupons to . When calling them back he was extremely rude, hung up the phone, after stating it would be another hour and offered nothing further. I like to tip well, so the delivery person will reep the benefits of that. But if you don 't want to give out free pizza, then don 't give out the vouchers. Clearly your annoynedness was evident on the phone. It is now 8:05 and still no pizza. It 's very disappointing as we moved here to south Burlington and they wanted our business by trying them out. After reading others reviews and the lack of service and pizza, we will not be ordering from them in the future. I actually ordered dominoes and they have come and gone because I was worried to eat there food after calling in. Busy or not, it 's your customers who support you, so do better. In addition, your response is having a manager respond, when it seems the manager was the issue."

"One of our go-to breakfast food trucks. Delicious egg sandwiches. I 've probably had 25 of them so far. Crispy generous bacon, melty American cheese, fried egg and on a, hard roll. However you can probably add to that and get it on different bread. I tried a sausage melt with a fried egg on rye today and that was greasy and delightful. We also got hashbrowns which are similar to McDonalds but a little more dense. I recommend calling ahead so your food is ready when you show up. The wait time if you order at the truck is very reasonable, but who wants to wait if you don 't have to. They do not have ice coffee. They do have a small picnic table area next to the truck if you need it."

"Ordered Diced Ham and Scrambled Eggs, hash browns, toast. Let?s start with the Ham, wasn?t Diced it was boiled, gray chunks of flavorless meat. Diced implies a small, fairly uniform cuts. These Chunks were of various sizes and most needed to be recut to eat. The Eggs had chunks of raw onion mixed in causing my first bite to be spit into my napkin. Sat and picked raw onion out of my Eggs before I could even eat. My ?Hash Browns? were more of a hash beige and partially still frozen. I have read the other reviews, they must be close friends of the owners and employees or have very low expectations. J?s Hideaway should stay hidden!!"

"The food at this restaurant is very tasty and the servers are nice. However, the experience was ruined by other customers who were not following Covid safety guidelines. A large group of 10 people crowded the bar area, despite not being able to be seated. When I expressed my discomfort at having someone standing over my shoulder, the person became offended and did not understand the need for social distancing. It was clear that they did not take Covid seriously. The restaurant staff should have handled the situation better and not allowed such a large group to enter a packed dining room. Despite the inconvenience, the staff helped us leave quickly. Overall, the experience was marred by the behavior of other customers who were not considerate of others' safety."

"The restaurant was quite unclean. The woman who served us, heavily made up but lacking in personality, was incredibly rude and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the meatballs served with my sandwich were cold and seemed to have gone bad long before my order was prepared. My friend's salad was old, brown, and unappetizing. When we requested a refund, the woman was defensive and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. It seemed she spent more time worrying about her appearance than ensuring the food was fresh—her heavy makeup did nothing to hide her unpleasant demeanor. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I have no intention of returning. The heavyset man in the corner making pizzas didn't help either, as his hygiene was questionable."
