"I discovered the Lake in the Hills location a few months ago and have been ordering pizza every Friday since then. However, our most recent experience was quite disappointing from start to finish. When I went to pick up the pizza, I encountered a very unfriendly attitude from the Eastern European woman at the counter. I tried to overlook her demeanor, collected my pizza, and headed home. Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked and the dough was soggy. Overall, I was very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. If it weren't for the unwelcoming attitude, I might have considered giving it another chance."
