"my fiancée and I made a reservation at opentable at grazies to celebrate our jubilee. we have specified this on our reservation, but the restaurant does not look at it and does not ask when they welcome it. the service was in order – the only problem that we had was that we both did not ask for any ice in our water, but the server gave me water with ice. I cannot have an ice cream because of a medical condition that makes me cold when I drink cold water. eating was worse than we remember when we first visited a year ago. the brot crumbled, the suppe was tasteless, and the cajun pasta had a charred taste, but no cajun taste. as one of their special, the portion size and taste were very disappointing. my pesto pasta was good, but only because it is hard to melt pesto, but the pasta nudels were tasteless. we will not go back when food quality changes. they offer many possibilities, but quality compared to quantity is more important."
