"--- I recently visited the restaurant and wanted to share my honest experience. I ordered the dish with speck, but unfortunately, I hardly received any speck on my potatoes. The egg was seriously undercooked, and I really wish they had clarified how I’d like it prepared or mentioned that it would be so raw. The egg was so runny that it mixed with the cheese and sauce, creating a mushy consistency that overwhelmed any distinct flavors. I appreciate the effort to present it nicely, but it left me feeling frustrated. I ended up throwing it away, and the smell lingered on me for the rest of the day. I don't think I will be returning, nor would I recommend this dish. As someone with a hearty appetite, this was quite disappointing. --- Let me know if you need any further adjustments!"

"We drove 30 minutes in Sleet to go to breakfast for what would have eaten the first time in a restaurant in months (2020). We went up and as we told my son from the back seat, "Oops, I forgot my shoes." Needless to say that we have finished ordering online. We waited another 20 minutes to get the food and we were both hungry and impatient. The food was ready when we raised and it was a simple process. We decided to drive into a park to eat and realize that we don't get forks with our five orders of pancakes. It was disappointing. The food wasn't. It is hard to judge a restaurant based on take-out, but also after driving for a few minutes after pickup and dig with our fingers (also no napkins in the bags) we were happy to enjoy a good meal. Fortunately, we found a spoil in the car (a new one) and so my husband could enjoy the land fried steak he got. He said the severity was good. He's Picky, so, thumb up! I had the bacado and loved the taste. I was worried about soggy tomatoes, but I didn't have this problem. I have geese as a side — delicious! I just added butter, the taste was simple and cozy. I didn't try the French toast that one of my children had, but he took it down and it looked really delicious. We're back for more. Hopefully it will be a more civilized experience for us next time. Note: The working restaurants placed on orders are incredible. We appreciate the wrapped syrup and felt bad for ordering whip cream on the pancakes to see how it had to be packaged separately from the pancake order. We appreciate these efforts. We are sorry for the additional costs and time that this requires. Going the packaging was excellent and we realize that this affects the quality of our good experience."

"I haven't been here for over ten years. I was often there when I worked close. parking is limited. I'll say about twenty cars can fit into this. refreshment park in the street. had problems to download the online menu. I had no problem getting a paper. the place was also rebuilt. there is a spacious lobby where seating was used. yes, it is much more spacious for the customers. ice water is served in steel cups and waiting staff was very attentive. I ordered orange juice. it came freshly squeezed. really fresh and the price reflected it 5,50 for a 12 ounce glass. the food was served within twenty minutes during a fleeting Saturday morning. my main meal was the country breakfast with the spicy fried chicken legs (16.00) I really like the offered grits. it was not casual and more like a cake. it also had the right amount of salt full of butter taste. the spicy chicken legs had a good amount of heat and oversalted. they were moist and juicy. overall this place is still and a good place to visit and will not be disappointed about its offers."

"My boyfriend, his young daughter, and I took a drive from Galesburg to Keithsburg to dine at the Eagles Nest, a restaurant we visit two or three times a year. It was a busy Saturday when we visited, and we were impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the bartender who seemed to be handling everything on his own. Despite the busyness, he never faltered and did a fantastic job. We visited on March 2nd and were so impressed that we tipped him generously and commended him on his excellent work. We are not sure if he was the owner or an employee, but he truly was an asset to the restaurant. We wanted to extend our gratitude once again and wish him and the Eagles Nest all the best. "I've ordered delivery from them and the burgers were okay. Tonight I took my visiting family and it was pretty bad. My son, grandma, and daughter all had burgers. They were dry, way overcooked, only had 2 tiny rings of onion on them (talking qiarter sized here), and none of them were able to finish. The fries are clearly bought at the store frozen and dumped in a fryer and half of them were burnt. "I ordered the meatloaf dinner, and the sides were quite good. The mac and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes, and cornbread were all moist and tasty. However, I found the meatloaf to be quite salty, and there were two bones mixed in with the meat, which seemed unusual. Additionally, the peach cobbler didn't really have a peach flavor."

"wing last night here to a show and was asked to come back and try the wings here and I was not disappointed at all! mason the bartender was exceptional in customer service, polite, gave us feedback on what to do for dinge in the city and he made the best wing I had in a long time. the place itself also threw a hell of a show! "This is an excellent bar and grill. With pinball, slot machines, pool tables, and darts, the decor and atmosphere truly capture the essence of a classic bar. The food is quite good, and for bar and grill fare, it’s really impressive. We received great service, and our meals arrived fairly quickly. "The food was enjoyable overall. My only complaint is that I ordered sauces for the wings and chicken fingers, but they were missing from the delivery. The blueberry pierogies were delicious, and the wings were tasty, too. The chicken fingers were good, although a bit bland without a dipping sauce. The bar pies were also enjoyable, but my husband prefers a thinner crust—though I should note that he can be particular about pizza. I would definitely order from here again. "Had a very good time. Very roomy. There was a good live band playing. The drinks were good and not as expensive as other bars I've been to in Chattanooga. There was security so it made the women feel more at ease. Also, the bathrooms stayed nice and clean the entire time I was there which was about four hours or so."
