"As for my drink order, I had ordered two drinks but only received one. When I inquired about the second drink, instead of the Big Red soda that I had paid for, they brought me an H-C Fruit Stamp soda, which had to be returned. This was frustrating, especially since it was late at night and I was trying to navigate an unfamiliar area on my way home.
Ultimately, I felt that the drinks I ordered, which totaled about $16, were just not worth the hassle. One of the drinks was free due to a rewards promotion on the app, but by the time I got home, I was so disappointed that I didn’t even want to eat what I received, which looked very greasy and unappetizing. I can only assume that’s where the issues stemmed from—everything was just a mess!"
