"The General Manager, Brandon, stepped in to assist. He kindly addressed the issue, giving me the wings I thought I hadn’t ordered and offered them for free due to the mix-up. In the end, I got the wings I wanted after all! I truly appreciate their understanding and the effort they put into providing great service.
I give this place a perfect 10/10 for going above and beyond, especially since it was my birthday and they didn't even know! The staff was hardworking and genuinely caring, which I value immensely. The food was absolutely amazing, too.
As a lovely surprise at the end of the night, we received a complimentary drink that someone else paid for, which was the perfect way to wrap things up. Thank you all for such a memorable evening! I highly recommend this place to everyone!"
