"Ok, so today we cut our run short to place an online order with this establishment. We started the ordering process at 1:10. After creating an account and figuring out our selections, I submitted the order at 1:23 pm. Our order was not accepted. Apparently, an employee went into the system and changed every single menu item to “unavailable” at around 1:20, probably while I was entering our credit card information. When the establishment closes at 2 pm, I find this conduct unprofessional and unacceptable. We had planned our entire afternoon around this. Perhaps the ownership is not aware that the employees are doing this? Advertise a closing time of 1 pm if this is what you need to do — it would be far more professional than cutting off orders in progress and claiming that you’re open until 2 pm when you really aren’t.A d by the way, 1 pm, 2 pm, or whenever it is that you close — terribly too early for a Saturday. Whatever."
