If managing, I would bring in a top chef, expand the menu (add sides to proteins and REMOVE THE DAMN 20% service charge! NOT gratuity, SERVICE! We will not dine at restaurants any further with this level of add-on, that does not go to the staff. Not good business. Recommend, but only with warning about the 20% added"
