"Our server was just plain not a good server. She never actually told us her name. She had black hair somewhat curly, I believe began with an S. We had to ask for bread three times. Finally got it at the end of our meal. Our server didn’t bring out our food. So they just auctioned off food, this is just not the way I expect my food served unless I go to like McDonald’s. Drinks were empty, not refilled. We had to attempt to flag them down multiple times. But the table next to us. It’s was wiped 5 times and no one ever say at it the whole time we were there. We were one of the only two tables outside. So we were VERY disappointed, especially since I’ve only heard good things. If it wasn’t Christmas and since I have heart. She’s lucky she got a tip. Cause I considered not tipping. Tipping means proper service and that is not what we received."

"A group of five of us dined at this restaurant. Three of us ordered the Prosciutto Wrapped Cod, which was delicious, but the broccoli was not as el dente as we had hoped. The other two in our party ordered the Thai Pork Chop and Salmon, and they both really enjoyed their meals. For an appetizer, we had the BBQ Chicken Nachos, which were very good. The drinks were also a hit, especially my 110 Margarita. Our server was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return to this restaurant."

"Oh how the mighty have fallen. I’ve spent $1000s here. This used to be my favorite restaurant but no longer. The gluten free options are incredible but don’t matter when they don’t cook them right anymore. I’ve gone in 5 times in a row where my food wasn’t cooked properly and the staff doesn’t seem to really be bothered by that. Last time some of the managers must have heard me talk about how I’d never come back… again, they just seemed to have lost their restaurant spirit. R.I.P. 110 Grill, we’ll always have the memories. Update: <deducted another star> why is it when I say that something is specifically wrong with your restaurant the “owner” feels compelled to say they value my feedback again so much that they want me to type it in AGAIN on your website? Try some service. You have the feedback already, and I have to do more work?!? Fix the problem. Admit you had an issue. Take accountability or many locals like me will NEVER come back as I told you IN PERSON at least 3 times that there were issues. Now, if only I do some double entry everything will be ok?!? I don’t want your little gift cards as I’ll only get more badly cooked burgers. We want evidence that you FIXED THE PROBLEM. I’m not writing reviews for gift cards."

"Waited a little bit for our pm reservation . They were clearly very busy and some people were sitting .... not too bad .. maybe minutes . Server , Kassie , was sweet and very attentive . Drinks came quickly much faster than last visit Husband got his favorite pulled pork sandwich , my daughter got the short rib risotto and I tried the steak salad since I’m eating carefully . All Was good ."

"Valentine’s Day is always a busy time for restaurants, and often food or service can suffer. Not so with the Grille! We had reservations and were seated on time at the high top that was expected. A server immediately greeted us and indicated the names of the two other servers who would comprise our serving team. This was a brilliant move on part of management. Drinks were brought in a timely manner, and service proceeded efficiently throughout our meal in a friendly manner. Not once did we feel rushed, and never were we ignored. The firecracker shrimp was a delicious appetizer to share. My husbands burger was perfectly cooked as was my chicken caprese. The manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was satisfactory, and gave us a gift card for our next visit! We were very pleased with our evening, and will certainly return. Well done!"

"I asked for their veggie stir fry. It was terrible. The description mentions mix of different veggies. What I got was two pieces of broccoli, a few pieces of boc Choi, tons of rice and full covering of some kind of cheese sauce. The veggies seemed to have been steamed first and then stir fried in oil. Plus tons of salt in the dish. I asked the server to tell the chef that he/she needs to know how to make stir fry. The server said that the chef has no control. It all comes from the corporate company! So I asked her to tell the manager. She said that she was afraid that she will be fired and not be able to pay for her college education! In short, I am very disappointed. The restaurant was very promising when it started years back. Now it stinks. The management should be fired."

Noticed everyone around us received bread and butter we were left out another waitress served our food and I only saw our waitress when it was time to pay I’m a waitress and I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she may need more training"
