"I walked in and waited about 3-4 minutes before anyone spoke to me. It was hard to tell who was an employee and who was just there socializing. I came during my lunch break, and although no one else was ordering, I ended up waiting for about 15-20 minutes just to get a loaded tea. While I do enjoy a flavorful tea, it was overdone this time—it was so strong that it gave me a headache. I ended up sharing it with a coworker and added more water and ice to dilute it. Unless I absolutely have to, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon."
