"I highly recommend this place for birthday cakes! We ordered a cake for our son's first birthday, and they did an incredible job! It had a chocolate and strawberry filling with vanilla buttercream frosting, and our guests were raving about how moist and delicious it was. They perfectly matched the picture we provided. I was also very impressed with their customer service; the owner contacted me just a few minutes after I filled out the website contact form and maintained great communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely order from here again and look forward to trying more of their baked goods!"

"Absolutely worth your time and money! I will definitely be back and also bring my family when they're visiting. Super friendly and outgoing staff; the place itself is vintage to its core and gives a flair of the 50s/60s. It's also very tourist oriented with lots of info in form of flyers etc. about what to do in the area. There is also a kids menu available which was perfect since I went with my little boy. The food was better than I expected. All ingredients were fresh and my sandwich was delicious. My son got a cookie as big as his face he loves this place too.All in one: worth it! Lots of outdoor tables and not too loud although it's located right on 27th.Another cool thing I learned: they roast their own coffee beans which you can taste! I drink my coffees black and enjoy the flavors. This time I tried a cappuccino and was surprised how good it was! Loved it! If you're in vernon, whether visit or living, you have to check this place out!Parking: Enough parking spots available I'm driving a SUV and it was perfect!"

"This family-run restaurant takes gluten-free (GF) dining very seriously. They are highly attentive and vigilant about preventing cross-contamination! My non-GF family members tried my GF dishes and unanimously loved both their non-GF options and mine! It’s been a long time since I left a meal out with family feeling more than satisfied. I started with potato pancakes and finished with delicious GF apple strudel for dessert. If you haven’t been there yet, you should definitely make it a priority! Plus, this time of year is perfect for enjoying comforting German food!"
