"I went to this particular Bob Evans because I've been to others and really enjoyed the experience. That was not the case here. I didn't get to eat here. After my experience at this one, it'll be a long time to never before I give this one another try. I was ignored at the front for so long that another customer came up and demanded the pick-up cashier seat me because I had been patiently standing there for a ridiculous amount of time. The cashier promptly snapped back that it wasn't her job. Apparently, her job is to socialize with other employees, make change for them, etc. She appears to be above trying to help actual customers. However, she did come up to me after the other customer called her out. She slammed the menu on the podium, all the while fussing at me for being a bother to her. I informed her that I hadn't said one word to her or anyone else who worked there and that I didn't bother her at all. She ignored what I said and just kept fussing at me. I finally had enough and told her that she couldn't pay me to eat there. The only reason I waited as long as I did is because of the fact that due to some dietary restrictions I had very limited options as to what I was allowed to eat, and I knew I could find something that was acceptable. I ended up going somewhere else where I didn't have to be ignored or wait for 10+ minutes to either be greeted or seated."
