"We were really looking forward to trying this place, as we always drive by and it looks like a cool experience. Unfortunately the food was pretty bad, all of it tasted and looked like food that was reheated after being delivered in frozen bags. The croquetas even still had ice inside them, they looked like McDonald’s chicken nuggets. We ordered the hanger steak medium, it came out rare. They recooked the same steak on one side so one side was over done and the other was still mooing. I’ve worked in restaurants before and NEVER seen a steak that was sent back get recooked; it’s always a new one. The shrimp definitely came out of a frozen bag from the grocery store. Really awful experience. This restaurant needs to think about the city and location they are in, are the quality food Chicago has to offer, and make some drastic changes or they’ll be run out of here very quickly"
