"Server needed help was slow took a while to greet the table- almost ten minutes if not that long. Maybe not their fault but they wrrrnr getting any support. Not impressed at allwith the service. I worked in fine dining for 10 years. Your points of service and manager table touches don’t exist. Bus boy poured tap water into our sparkling water glass. Just overall sub par service by far. My friends steak was not served hot. Your server charged my card wrong which was a 200 dollar error. Luckily it didn’t cause a problem for me and my friend Venmo’d me what he owed due to the servers error. B team squad here. Maybe the locals can’t tell the difference but I can and it makes me sad to have to stick to Fleming’s and Ruth’s Chris because I like supporting local but you don’t appreciate the customers or your service would be better. You’re taking advantage of loyalty and it’s unfortunate. Our meal was around 600 after tip for 3 people. Pretty normal for us but still it’s our hard earned money. Tipping 20% was difficult. I typically go 30 so I feel 20 was sub par for me due to the sub par service And leadership."

"The dining experience was great. Our waitress was so awesome and offered great recommendations. The restaurant practices anonymity as the seating booths are partitioned for a bit of privacy. Our meals came out in minutes, didn’t wait long at all. The food was very tasty, delicious and filling. I’m from out of town, but will most likely be back for more great food. My only recommendation is on the brisket sandwich, the meat was tasty yet it was served a bit cold. The ribs were fantastic and sides were equally good."
