"This was our second visit to Kozy 's. We enjoyed it our first time, as it 's off the beaten path, nestled in a nice neighborhood, with live piano music cozy atmosphere. Sadly, this evening our server was like a deer in the headlights ....asking us to order, after never bringing us menus as we sat waiting to be acknowledged for about 10 minutes, and unapologetic for her neglect the entire evening. We had a reservation for 4, were seated, (without being given menus) as there were several open tables, and yet our server was MIA pretty much the whole evening. After ordering, during which it was clear the waitress wasn 't adept regarding the menu, other staff delivered our food, and our waitress popped in once or twice to check in, but never refilled our drinks or water, or even poured our wine. We did enjoy the flavorful mushrooms stuffed with steak appetizer, but the ceviche was unremarkable. Entrees: filets were on par scallops were very good. After dinner, we ordered the chocolate mousse, crème broulee, 2 Grand Marnier cordials, which were delivered in snifter glasses, but appeared to be a CLEAR LIQUID, instead of GOLDEN in color. My husband immediately flagged down a different server (as ours was MIA...again) the drinks were taken away to be replaced. Our waitress later appeared claiming that now they were out of Grand Marnier which means they didn 't have enough when we ordered, so they tried to cut it with vodka or something pass it off as Grand Marnier at $10 a pop!!! BEWARE!!! Never have we encountered such dishonesty at a restaurant, and as a result, we will not ever return to this establishment! Shame on you, Kozy 's!!"

"Please excuse the long review, but it is deserving of detail. Our friends raved about the newly managed Spotos and couldn’t wait to take us there. We sat at a booth watching the kitchen work their magic. We were introduced to the very welcoming owners Bryce and Jaimie. Being the only vegetarian at the table, Bryce happily mentioned he would set me up with vegetarian plates. I was so excited because I usually just create something out of a few side dishes. Bryce sure set me up- the most thoughtful, delicious and unexpected vegetarian bites! I am so grateful Bryce and Chefs took the time and care to create these dishes for me. Our server, Javin, was so charming and on top of everything. Cocktails were great, but let’s get to the food! I have attached photos of a fried oyster, yellow beet with carmelized balsamic on burrata, a lightly fried califlour situation that was so flavorful- I must experience again(and I typically don’t like fried anything), scallop on top of creamy risotto, a veggie roll with “krab”, a California roll, Mahi on top of risotto, Bronzino, Blackened black grouper and a trio of deserts: bread pudding with vanilla pecan ice cream, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and coconut cream cake. All I can say is, “Yes Chef”! Thank you so much to Bryce for his TLC! Thanks to the entire Staff, it was an outstanding evening all around. What a delight! Definitely go to Spotos, you will love it!"

"Open Table destroys any hope of Rossini 's Restaurant getting a favourable review for our visit last night. We booked quite late but the app confirmed the booking was valid and showed 3 places were available 22:00 22:15 and 22:30. The open table app shows the address for Rossini 's restaurant but most importantly omits important detail that the restaurant is incorporated inside The Sheraton Hotel. Our taxi dropped us 'near ' the hotel but since we were looking for a restaurant we walked past The Sheraton Hotel twice. (Rossini 's is not signed from the street We had a table for 22:15 but as the place is hidden in a big international cannot miss hotel complex we did not get to Rossini 's until 22:25. We were told the restaurant was closing (advertised hours said open until 22:30 and open table app accepts bookings up to 22:30. Fortunately the very helpful service staff at Rossini 's arranged for us to be served a meal (restricted menu in the hotel 'living room '. The meal was good though we were served baby sized portions. The service was helpful and friendly too. The menu was limited. No chicken dishes. Main points are even if we 'd reserved a table for 19:00 it would still be impossible to find the venue from the information on Open Table. 3500 Baht for a bottle of chardonnay in the 'living room ' says enough about The Sheraton ' s attitude. (It is only a bottle of supermarket wine. The saving point may be that although The Sheraton have lost the plot in respect to pricing for a bottle of plonk the cocktails are really nice and at 350 Baht semi-affordable. Summing up, even if we lived in Bangkok we probably couldn 't recommend Rossini 's Italian Restaurant mainly as we couldn 't find it. Advertise properly by clearly showing address detail."
