"I had a frustrating experience at the Pilot location last night. The night manager, Nick, wouldn't let me shower, claiming the system was down. While I could have booked one shower through the app, I'm a team driver and need two. The pilot also refused to manually unlock the door for my teammate and me to shower separately (this happened around midnight on 11/14/22). It's disappointing to see how Pilot has declined. This kind of experience has reinforced my decision to avoid Pilot and Flying J; too often, the lines are long, the staff is unfriendly, or I encounter situations like this. Thanks, Pilot."
