"we often visited the site new buffalo. After we had the a5 wagyu in new buffalo, we had to pamper again. due to the NB sites closed on Sunday, we decided to take the trip to sb. the broth basket, which is in the regular phenomenal, had stale, hard broth. the least fresh of everyone I had in years. the hummerbisque hadn't seen enough and needed a little pfeffer. we liked the fact that they tried to keep the kite salad on the menu, although they had no iceberg salad by replacing another salate. it wasn't so good, but better than nothing! the wagyu was perfectly boiled and served in a perfect attempt, but it lacked the taste of the one we had before and that was the greatest disappointment at night. until our server, who waited for us all night, asked us how our meal was. we told him and he became insecure and gave us our bill immediately. we have not expected much, but good service in a good restaurant would always apologize and try to correct the situation by making something in real time fast or compose a dessert. even pretend they wanted to make a good experience! then the bill came and it was treated with different than our other bills. “When I asked for another explanation, he replied, “You don’t have to sign it. this is the way I did it in the last six months.” only really disappointed."
