"I'm a bit tired of a 20-something manager who has completely drank the kool aid. He tries to squeeze extra money out of me because I didn't say the right words to order. I have ordered the same pizza there for over ten years. Every time I speak to this particular employee, the pizza is twice as much. He always gives me menu price and forgets there's a discount or coupon. I argue, and he goes through this whole speech about how he's doing me a favor in giving me a coupon. Kind of rings hollow when you hear it all the time. It's completely gross. I don't need brainwashed privileged people squeezing extra dollars for some corporation. I was also in there last night. I heard him mention to an employee he was clocked out but still working. He is not helping our society. Working for free is ridiculous. He forgets every advertisement unless you mention it. That's good business for Marco's. That's awful for our community. If you don't order something and add the total yourself, it's likely you overpaid. Update: No I would not like to give you my contact information over facebook or twitter. Most legitimate businesses use email and such to communicate. It's not even called twitter anymore. I don't use the service, yet I know that and you do not. This is kind of indicative of the problem. I am allegedly the customer. I have received poor service multiple times. You are still making demands what I need to be doing different. Could you please give further examples of how little your customers mean to you?"

"Worst customer service at that very experienced. Employee behind the counter rush to me as I tried to use the bathroom slang me I couldn't use it because I hadn't purchased any thing yet. When I came out of the restroom I could hear the guy behind thecounter harassing my girlfriend. They were out of the beer that I wanted so I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I couldconsult my girlfriend about what I wanted and the owner began to tell me that I need to order or leave now! They ended upcalling the cops on me for not leaving as fast as they wanted me to even though I was about to buy something. Don't ever trythis place the guys are very dirty behind the counter and the customer service there is atrocious."

"2nd time ordering for them and probably last because of rude Employees. I ordered my wings online a certain way and also called to make sure they could be cooked how I wanted. When I got there they were not, and when I asked for them to be fixed they toldme I would have burnt sauce if I wanted them fixed. I asked if they could re make them completely then and the guy just startedat me and then said yeah if you can wait 10 minutes and I said yeah that?s fine, I?ll wait. He just looked at me, He took thebox of wings and tossed them on a pile of boxes in the corner. No apology, simply did not care.. which is frustrating comingfrom someone who works in costumer service. It been 18 minutes, I?m still waiting on my wings. Update: I left without wings"

"I tried to place a delivery order at 8:11 pm, as the restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 pm. After the phone rang 5 or 6 times, it suddenly disconnected. I tried calling back three times but received a busy signal each time. Despite living only 3 miles away, I decided to drive to the restaurant in hopes of ordering a pizza in person. However, as I arrived at Marco's location, I tried calling again and still got a busy signal, even though no one was on the phone. This is the second time this has happened to me at the same location. I can't help but wonder how much business they have lost due to these shenanigans."

"Excellent pizza with friendly service. We ordered and paid online the pizza was ready in 15minutes. We asked for 3 medium pizza with different half sides each and we got exactly what we ordered. The parking is available on the side of the pizzeria. There are seats inside and also outside. The pizza crust is not very thin but also not too thick, it was just about the right thickness."

"Ordered pizza using the app. Promised deliver for 45 min into the future. Not bad. 10 min after delivery time passed I called, was told it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes!! Not acceptable! They have the text number they can contact with delays, no offer except-we can cancel your order! Will not order local Marcos again!"

"This restaurant used to be my favorite spot for pizza in my small town, but it's clear they are on the decline. On a random Thursday, I was given a delivery time of two hours. When that time passed and I called, they informed me it would still be two hours longer. The issue was that they hadn't even started making my small pizza after the initial two-hour wait. It’s Whitmore Lake; they shouldn’t be that busy. I want a refund, and to make matters worse, my pizza never arrived. I plan to call corporate tomorrow, as I doubt this is what they envision when allowing people to use their name on their pizza boxes."
