"My dad has been visiting this restaurant often lately, so I decided to join him for dinner on Saturday, October 2nd. There were plenty of options on the menu, and everything was reasonably priced. The portions were generous—I couldn’t finish everything, but that’s not just because I had brunch earlier. Our server was friendly and attentive. However, my side of okra didn't arrive with my order of calabash shrimp and grilled flounder. She apologized and explained that it was still cooking, promising to bring it out as soon as it was ready. I’m sure I’ve driven past this place countless times over the years, but this was my first visit. It definitely won't be my last!"

"I am not sure why I make a reservation this not the 1st time it has happened whether on phone or via this app., the hostess wants to seat you at first table next to the front door. I would gladly take if last table in house but on this day only four other tables had people. Food was okay I feel that better days are gone for me"

"Rockwood talks a good game about their burgers being the best but that isn't the case. Sure, you can make them on the premises from a mixture of ground meats, etc. but they don't taste any better than any number of places. And what's the point anyway when a table like ours orders one medium-rare, one medium, and one medium well and they all come out the same (medium well). I guess the cook thinks he or she is a baseball player batting Pretty good, right? Uh, no."

"I visit this restaurant with my family whenever they come to town, which is typically twice a year. My family members are originally from Ohio, and this is their favorite spot. The food is excellent, there are TVs for sports, and the service is great. If you're looking for delicious food and want to escape the Las Vegas scene, especially on the south side near Grand View and South Point, I highly recommend this place!"

"We came in on father's day and even though it was so busy (which we kind of expected) my family and I had a great time. We were on the waiting list for a bit, but we got some drinks at the bar and we were soaking in the view. (it's so beautiful) And on top of that there were so many dogs, so we got seated it was like the time few. We had the nachos which were a great appetizer for everyone and our server was outstanding. She was so nice and accommodating even though she and the rest of the staff were crazy busy. We were surprised to how fast we were able to get our food and drinks. Our server was also very informative about the cocktails (I'm not the biggest drinker, so my knowledge is very limited). She talked about being a bartender their as well, so we lucked out cause she was so good at getting all of us the right drinks."

"If you ever find your self pondering the Washington heights neighborhood of upper Manhattan this is a place to check out.They have a buffet menu in the front but skip that and get a table and get everything. Ade fresh. Let me start by saying these people made me smile by making me the most delicious Pina Colada although it wasn't resort size lol. The back dining area gives you s feel like you are in carlito brigantes club with the dj playlist of batchata and salsa hits. It's nice while you wait for your food. I ordered the fried fish and Dominican house salad. It was fresh refreshing and it hit the spot. Although I wished I ordered more I will return."

"JACKIES'S PLACE: This restaurant used to be our favorite. It's a little bit of a drive to get there but we always thought it was worth it we drive by many good restaurants to get there. Great food, friendly waitstaff and fair prices. However the owner passed away and whoever is running it now has issues. We have made the trek out there 3 times and each time they were short staffed, people backed up and yet they had tables that were not being used due to staffing I assume. 3 times in a row we were turned way and ate somewhere else. Tonight we checked their website and they were still open, so we took off for Jackie's nobody can blow it 4 times in a row. We called on the way to check the wait but strangely nobody picked up. We get there and they are now closed on Wednesday nights!!! Sure would be nice to update your website which says you are open or leave a message for callers. I think we are done....there are more professional options in the area."

"Great steaks with little to no wait. This restaurant is one of the gems in the area. They generally have great service (it’s always at least good service). The steaks are seasoned and cooked very well. The sides are really good and original. Don’t pass on the salad, they make them right. The last time I went, I got the snapper blackened and was not disappointed!"

"I am NEVER disappointed at PRIME. We love their Prime Salmon, with the red pepper sauce. Their sweet potatoes are fantastic and the wedge salad with blue cheese is tops! Thank you, Prime! "From the outside I thought it was going to be a great experience. I went with my 5 year old grandson. Took 23 minutes for the green bean appetizer and 42 minutes for a flat bread pizza. It felt like the waitress was ignoring us. Never asked if we wanted drink refills or nothing. And back one time to ask if things were on. I had to step up to the bar to get my bill. And the food was average at best. Won’t be returning."

"the food was good. only the food question was ordered to us a page of caramelized brussels sprouts, but they were not caramelized as described and not parmesan. kudos on our server, however, who hear our comments, apologise and have not charged us for them. my only other commentary is the ambiente. beautiful inside,- but background music didn't fit to the decor. Music belonged in a 50s. Not that the music was bad, it just didn't fit. a better fit would have been like frank sinatra or dean martin. overall we had a nice meal."

"Ok... I haven't eaten here for 20 years due to a bad experience. But the wife wanted wings so I decided to give them another chance. We started with the crab dip which was out of this world good. Then we both ordered the Reuben and wings. The Reuben s were so good they were hot, cheesy, tangy and delicious. The wings were fine for fried wings but if you go make sure you explore the menu don't get stuck on the wings alone. PS... Was way too much food but took extra home for later."

"I harp frequently about service Bab 's has this down to an art. Kristy was the server, I have no idea how many times she refilled my cup, but it never was lower than an inch. The food was served very fast. So I ordered the French Toast Combo, and this was something new for me, their French Toast is made with sourdough bread. I found it rather unique, and liked it. It doesn 't have an over the top flavor, its there and subtle but good. I liked it. The eggs were cooked perfect. The bacon had good flavor but was a little thin. The coffees flavor seemed light, not even medium but after drinking my never draining cup I got use to the light flavor. Overall a good experience. Parking is easy if you arrive early; there is a lot right in front of the building with about 40 slots. Street parking is all over the area as well. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Out door has a nice view of the Marina. Indoor has a bar for eating seats about 8 folks. Large groups should make reservations."

"The place is nice and always busy. I go in every single day no joking every day I order the same food eggs Benedict the cooks literally send out slop!! I have sent orders back to them two and three times in one day. I have went back myself and gave it to the cooks they do not know how to make poached eggs. I get hard-boiled eggs I get the yolks hard-boiled I get snotty slimy eggs because they're just rushing and don't care! Where are you can sit at the bar you can see through the window to the Cox I want to take it back to them they have something to say is if you're cussing out the customers. Disgusting and rude and disrespectful. When you're spending $17-$35 every day seven days a week you think he would get your food correctly. Why do I continue to come here or you may ask because there's a waitress by the name of the Nix that is absolutely awesome and the manager Maria they go back and give them hell but they still just don't know what they're doing If you go here I would definitely recommend not not getting the eggs Benedict something easy to order that they were going to be able to make it make correctly they have five and six guys back there laughing joking sexual comments To the staff. When you're sitting out here and you're listening to them talk speaking Spanish in there talking about the women's breasts and that they have no but it's absolutely disrespectful and degrading to women trust me they don't understand who all understand Spanish it's not just them I speak it fluently The new hostess is absolutely rude upfront she doesn't even look at you she just takes your car to your payment and runs it and stairs at you with dagger eyes but when she's around the other staff joking and playing around that's a different story it's all about customer service and this place really needs some training Hey Staff is absolutely awesome, however just some of them are really terrible the girl at the front when I went to pay she says cash or credit debit or credit I'm not hello how was your meal nothing very rude so my card was locked and it didn't go through so I had to unlock it and then when I was waiting to leave I waited for her to say thank you or something so I had to end up saying thank you and she says oh I said it was she has a mask on so I don't know I'm not sure what's going on here but it's a really fun nice place and I so enjoy going there when this is all about customer service that's all the service which they would want good customer service if they went out to eat somewhere or they would be complaining are you have to really research I need to find the owners name and number I really need to meet with him about this I will follow up"

"I came for a lunch meeting with my colleague and my two children. The hostess was so incredibly kind to my 2 year old. She was talking and interacting with her absolutely adorable and very sweet. She even picked up her toy Mickey that she threw on the floor several times!! The food came out in NO time!!! I had the Caesar Salad. One of the best SO good! My kids had the chicken fingers appetizer and the chicken tenders and fries kids meals. My oldest loved the appetizer and the baby ate as much as can be expected from a 2 year old!! Overall amazing food with amazing service and great prices. Can't wait to come back! Thanks SO much!!"
