"My girlfriend and I walk the mall that this restaurant is attached to for exercise. We noticed that there are usually few diners there. After getting a gift card for this restaurant, we decided we would stop in. We split the full rack of ribs with the traditional BBQ sauce. They were good, not the best ribs I 've had, but good. The coleslaw was a little off, but our server rectified it by giving us some more fries much appreciated. After I ate and determined the food was decent, I noticed the decor was nice and up to date. Our server was prompt and friendly. So I was wondering why the low patronage. The one thing we found that was offputting was many of the servers ' shirts bore the logo TGIF* IT . This is a play on words combining the company 's name and a vulgar colloquialism. Frankly, we both thought it made the place look like a white trash establishment. I would not have believed that a global restaurant chain would use vulgarity on its employees ' shirts, had I not seen it firsthand. My advice to TGI Fridays, get rid of the vulgarity and the executive who thought this was a good idea."
