"Im not a "review" kind of person so dont take this one with a grain of salt. I made it a point to come here and do it. I read the previous reviews and like everyone else I value my money. I saw the menu and thought it was kind of pricey. I thought "well for this price it better be worth it". And BOYYY IT WAS! I got the Ribfeast with mac&cheese and baked beans. The ribs were A1 and not dry at all. Seasoned to perfection with sauce on the side! The baked beans were literally the besttttt I ever had from a business! Its always usually pinto beans full of bbq sauce, hard meat, nasty meat, no seasoning, discolored or straight up from a can! These were BOMB! Definitely made with love!! The green onions, the slow cooked meat, literally theyre perfect and sold me into coming back! The macaroni in my opinion wasnt the best bc it was essentially spiral noodles topped with melted cheese but that doesnt deter me a bit. Ill just get a different side next time or double baked beans lol !! I had sauce, silverware and wet wipes. It wasnt thrown together. To have a to-go order served as if you were dining in is rare. Im from north Florida and Ive been craving good bbq. Ive tried a few places and havent been satisfied but I struck gold with this place! I told my coworkers about my experience and they recommended the smoked wings. I will be dining in with my family soon. It was so good."

"As usual, the service was exemplary. In general of food is superb however, the steak was tough and not very flavorful. Everything else was terrific. The wine list is exceptional. It’s slightly noisy, but not so much that you can’t have a dinner conversation would definitely go back."

"We stayed here for a lunch a day while in Clearwater for the week and ordered the sampler of several meats (exception, chicken breast strips, steak, ribs, onion paprika, chicken wings) for 3 to 4 persons. Also ordered a beer, a water, a soda. The total number was about $100. Service was great! The chicken wing ribs were fantastic. The chicken breast strips, sausages and steak were average. It was cool that the grill pot (or whatever it is called) still smoke when brought to our table (made for cute pictures). Our sites were Mac cheese, corn and beans. Corn beans were just okay, but the Mac Cheese was AMAZING! Overall we had a good time here and some articles were great while some fell flat. We? Let's go honestly, just for the Mac box!?"

"I am so surprised to see such a low star rating for this restaurant something must have happened over time because this place is 100% Just fab. Hostess was blah and not very friendly just seemed like she didn't like her job. Ended up sitting the bar and our bartender/ waitress was absolutely amazing. She was funny, patient, chill and over all great. My friend has a Stella and I have two mixed drinks. TITO'S STRAWBERRY LEMONADE and the pink strawberry swizzle. we had the Korean KOREAN PORK BELLY POPS they were amazing juicy delicious a little spicy but not bad. I am a big wimp when it comes to anything spicy and I could tolerate it so I was excited. I got the mac and cheese with a side of brisket and my friend had the steak salad amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing. My friend wasn't feeling so we decided to eat the appetizer in the house and everything else with boxed up and we brought it home. Now we also got the donuts which I was a little nervous about since we had to bag him up and take them to go however they were amazing great they lasted great tasted wonderful and I would definitely definitely come back to this please warn her because of the bar server she was amazing I wish I could remember her name I know she did with us I'm just super bad with names. The only thing that did stand me off a little bit was the hostess at the front and the night before my husband and I wanted to come eat here but they had already closed and we had a bad experience with the hostess then to and weren't going to come back but I'm so glad I decided to I will definitely be coming back"

"I was spending an evening with my family and we wanted to grab a bite out during the late evening. When we went to Smokey Bones, we were immediately greeted and guided to our seat. The waiter service started off right and quickly declined. He provided us with menus and asked us for our drink orders to enjoy while we glanced at the menu. He informed us that he would clean the table and we didn’t mind at first, but it was 20 minutes later before he took our order. We wanted the Brisket Grill Cheese and was informed that the item was not available. So we needed more time to look at the menu for another item to order. It took the waiter another 10 minutes to come back for our order. FYI…we were the only customers in the entire dining area at the time. We ordered the Smoked Buffalo Wings Hot, French Fries, Bacon Cheeseburger with Chipotle Ketchup, Cheese Fries, a Ribeye Steak with a Loaded Bake Potato, and the Bone Fire. It took about 35 to 40 minutes for the food to be delivered. We finally got the food. I felt that my burger was delicious and the fries were on point. Others in my party did not enjoy the taste of the smoked Buffalo Wings and the steak came out a bit more rare than expected, so it was returned for further cooking. The music being played in the res was very nice and satisfying. They had a good playlist on for the night, hip hop and R&B. I will say that it was a bit cold in the restaurant. So cold that the waiter had their jacket on. The price of the food is what is typically expected for dining out at a restaurant. I am hoping that my experience was just a one of and does not happen often or happen to you. I hope that you find this review helpful and provide it thumbs up if it is. Take care and enjoy!"

"We've ate at a smokey bones before and it was fantastic. This is our second time and we're very impressed with the customer service of this location. We called hours before we were coming and they were prepared when we got here. I discussed my steak with Randy before coming and who actual set a steak aside for me. Told me John would help me out when I got here. Upon arrival they were both here and knew exactly what was going on. Communication was excellent and the service was outstanding. They were very attentive to my order. Very professional while also very down to earth. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Location to anyone!"

"I really wanted to like this restaurant because of my love for barbecue. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I was excited to see the sampling of barbecue protein on the fire top grill. The best part of the grill would have to be the chickenwings. They had great smoky flavor. Unfortunately the ribs were over cooked and super dry. This is disappointing especially whenthe restaurant is called Smokey bones. The steak that we ordered medium rare was more on the rare side and had this odd purpletint to it. When the waiter brought out the grill, he cautioned us about the grill cover, as it could not be secured due tobeing over used. The last disappointing part was we had signed up for the smoky bones club which would give us $10 off our firstmeal. The waiter could not pull up the account on the website as it was down. Even after I showed him the email on my phone,there was no discussion with the manager to try to honor the promotion. I know it wasn’t his fault so I let it fly but overallthis was a disappointing experience."

"Jonathan provides outstanding service. He is kind, respectful, and very attentive to his work. If you visit, be sure to ask for Jonathan—you won't regret it! The Bone Fire dish is fantastic! I loved both the chicken and steak. The ribs were decent, and we also enjoyed the nachos. I tried the Blue Lagoon drink, and it was delicious with a variety of flavors. Be sure to sip up the bits at the bottom; they really enhance the taste!"

"I have been eating at Smokey Bones for over a decade. It has been up and down. My recent experience was definitely down. I opted for the Rib Feast which is a specially priced 2/3 rack of St. Louis style ribs with a drink and two sides. The sides (fire roasted corn baked potato) were good but that is where the good ended. The ribs were simply bad. They were barely warm and very very tough. The 2/3 rack was small but all I wanted as the quality was simply bad. Topping the meal was a beer that was warmer than the ribs. I continue to be somewhat forgiving due to supply and employment issues but SB did so much better before and during the pandemic. SB may be a pass for me for awhile."

"Some of the food was over cooked (sausage and chicken wings) and what was cooked correctly was just okay. The sides were also hit and miss. Slaw and baked potato was good but the baked beans were way to sweet and the corn wasnt good. The food overall was too average for what we paid for. The donuts were the best part."

"The portions are ridiculously small. I ordered the Spicy Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and it came with no sauce, making it drier than the Sahara Desert. The Fire Grilled Shrimp still had the tails attached, which is something Gordon Ramsay would certainly criticize for being inedible. It only included three shrimp and about a teaspoon of sauce. I won’t be ordering from here again."

Although I was seated quickly, when I arrived, I sat for about 10 to 15 minutes without a server greeting me or anyone coming to see if I had been served, so I calledwhile sitting in the restaurant. I expressed my concerns to the manager. Amber quickly came out to greet me and apologized. Sheassigned Samantha to be my server who quickly provided great service coupled with recommendations about food and drinks. I loveto stay in Kissimmee when visiting Central Florida. "The food is fantastic! My order was incorrect, but this is still one of the best restaurants on DoorDash. Don't hesitate—order from here! The nachos are simply the best in the entire country; they put the Midwest and California versions to shame. I grew up on St. Louis BBQ, and I can confidently say this place is top-notch!"
