"The did was not that god we got the bruschetta and it was weird just some toasted bread piled on a plate with a huge scoop of heavy creamy sauce with some spinach and fish tossed together, messy to eat like nachos. We got the squid ink seafood pasta and seafood pescatore and they were odd the squid ink was oily and the pescatore the spaghetti noodles were plain and we both had stomach aches all night after. The dessert was the best thing we had, the tiramisu was good but not great. Overall unimpressed and sad we wasted a night spending that much and not feeling good all night :"

"The food was fantastic! Burrata special and caprese salad for starters. The burrata was creamy perfection with blackberries and balsamic glaze over prosciutto. The mozzarella was a perfect salt/creamy mix with basil pesto in the caprese. The entrees are still making me salivate 20+ hours later. The gnocchi was light and fluffy in a fantastic Gorgonzola cream sauce. The pear added a hint of sweetness to offset the Gorgonzola. The mushroom fettuccine special was to die for! Three earthy delicious varieties of mushrooms in a light cream sauce. Antonio and the waitstaff were super friendly and attentive. We will be back the next time we visit NYC!"

"This is an excellent gem in the New Haven breakfast scene. 100% hands down best breakfast sandwich in the city IMO. Sausage, egg, and cheese in a Portuguese roll with spicy aioli (Mayo? Whatever. The roll is absolutely key and they nailed it. The Mayo added a ton to the combo for me but if you’re not into that, omit it. The coffee was fantastic, I got a medium roast that tasted fresh and had no off flavors consumed black w/o sugar. These guys care about their coffee. Best of all, if you can beat the best breakfast sandwich, we’re the people. Cathy, Bruce, and Myra were all awesome and talkative and made me feel super welcome. Make this your new spot. You’ll be seeing me around."
