"The music was too loud... wanted to talk with family over dinner, but country music continued to blast. The food menu was strange. Some items include rice and a vegetable but others don't. Very strange. Paying $36 for an entree without a potato and a veg? No salad included? Come on! Oh and the desserts were awful! Peach Melba, Chocolate Mousse, n the Almond Tiramisu were overly sweet n mushy. A waste of calories n money. Needless to say we will not go back to Sea Basin. "Lisa is the best employee at this restaurant, I believe she has been working there for over 15 years. I visit about once or twice every two months and she always remembers my past orders. All of the food at this restaurant is delicious, but my favorite dishes are the Salmon dinner and the baby back ribs. The parking lot is open and there is plenty of parking available, so I have never had an issue finding a spot. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to children, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. I usually get takeout for dinner, and the prices are reasonable, averaging between $20 to $30 per person. I would give the food a 4 out of 5 rating, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 3 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Chicken and Ribs dishes at this restaurant, and there is ample free parking available in the parking lot."

"we had a pleasant family dinner here. eating was good and atmosphere was fun. definitiw a kitschiges cajun chain restaurant. The thema is quite heavy in your face when you get through the door? but this is part of the fun. we ordered a cheese and chicken fondue to start. came with garlic bread to immerse in it. it was really hard, but delicious. the Jalapeno chicken was okay, not as exciting as he hoped, but pretty good. buttermilk chicken baskets were good. came with mais, pommes and hush puppies. the chicken was tender and the brot was the real deal. not excessively fat. child meal was very economical! if they have a child with a healthy appetit, I strongly recommend ordering from the adult menu. raw oyster were not the best. we regret to order them, but we have finished them. would have been nice if they had been hot. we didn't ask, so I think this is with us? fish basket was very nice. the teig was good and the fish was fresh and fluffy. cajun tricky fish was excellent! dirty rice was perfect, étouffé was on the spot and the black tilapia perfect. service was good. we were never left with empty glasses, but the empty glasses stacked on the table. our courts of our starters stayed with us all the time. once a superior came by and made a lot clear. manager also came a few times and seemed really nice. we never asked to take those plates, but it would have been nice if they were. I shouldn't have to ask for my opinion. overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our meal."

"This visit was doomed from the start. Hostess seemed unenthusiastic when seating us. We waited mins for the first waiter contact, and another mins before I had to ask the hostess for a manager. We were about to walk out when the manager came over, offered to buy us drinks and apologized. Same initial waiter tried to apologize but the damage was done. Food came out. Moussaka lacked eggplant layers and flavor, More like a chunky tomato sauce. Had better from room service at a Sheraton Resort in Greece. Lamb was dry and lacked flavor of any sort. Roasted doesn't mean burned at the edges. Whole snapper was decent, hence the stars. We were given a couple of free greek drinks and desert. Honestly, the experience was just bad overall and nothing about it would warrant a do over"

"Called in order only to call when I arrived to be told I 'm not blaming you and I 'm not blaming me, but your your order wasn 't clear. What was it you wanted? I had been very explicit when ordering so that was not the problem. I had to speak to someone else who was familiar with their menu to get the correct order and then had another 20 minute wait. When I got home, one side for one dinner was missing. The food was good which is why I gave 3 stars and not 1. The inconvenience and rudeness of the person who took the order resulted in the low rating"

"Razzoo?s is a cute Cajun chain restaurant. The food is always decent but not very extravagant. I love the chill bar feel. The drinks are always good, pretty strong, and big in size I got the Gator Punch). Today for food I got: A side salad $5 ? which I thought was a little much for just a side salad) and the Stuffed Shrimp it was like a crab cake on top of the shrimp so FREAKIN good). My total came to about $35. I feel like it all should?ve been) $20-30 based on portion size, quality, and the restaurant environment, BUT I can?t say anything was *bad. I?ll be back! It?s in a convenient location close to a lot of things and not far from my spot. Also, the do ?to go orders?. Like I said, a good casual bar spot."

"We were inconvenienced when we tried to call ahead of time to place an order. So we get there the young lady was nice even though I was not satisfied with the excuse she have for them not excepting orders for pickup over the phone. So we get homewhich was about 15 minutes away and to our surprise the order was not correct. I called immediately and the manager on dutyassured me that we would be taken care of since we couldn't return. My fiancé had to go to work. He said take pictures and Idid just that. Well we called ahead again and we did not get taken care of as told to us. So to pay almost $65.00 forfood,beverages and a dessert is absurd. We were messed over all the way around. Worst customer service experience ever. Razoosmay have had other people play games like that but we are not those type of people. The innocent people has to suffer for theway others have acted. It's like someone went in our seafood plate took a huge portion out. The pasta was cold... cheese thatwas on there didn't even melt. It had no flavor, skimped on the meat no sauce and no extra cheese or extra sauce as I requested.This is my favorite dish from Razoos. So i knowww what it should be like. Just terrible. I don't even want to give thislocation no stars. Guess what she finally agreed to at least give us one of the orders and it must have been old because it wascold and still skimpy. We also saw a line of people waiting for pickup and soneone else was there as well with a do over! Wow!!I love Razoos but this location was my first time there. Never everrrrr again!!!"

"I had the cheeseburger, which I ordered medium. When it came out the bottom of the bun was burnt black. How does the chef send it out that way? The burger itself was well done and very dry. It felt like it had been cooked hours before and sat. The cheese was hard and dried out. The burger was not edible. The only thing on the plate that was good was the leaf of lettuce and slice of tomato. On the plus side, my husband said his salmon was ok."

"I absolutely love Razzoo's Cajun Cafe and hadn't visited in a while, especially not this particular location. The food was amazing! I tried a dish I had never even heard of before—some sort of fritters filled with grits, shrimp, and cheese. Oh my goodness, it was delicious! My friend ordered what looked like a fried shrimp platter, and it also looked great. Our waitress was lovely, though she seemed a bit shy. We didn’t have to wait long for a table, which was nice. I met my friend there, and while we mainly wanted a place to sit and chat, we definitely enjoyed the food; I mean, who goes to Razzoo’s just for drinks? The atmosphere was lively and perfectly matched the vibe of the restaurant, which isn’t really the best for a quiet catch-up. The kids had been shopping at the mall all day, so it was convenient for them with the good food so close by. I will definitely be back!"

"The burgers weren't seasoned at all. They were supposed to be medium, but they were mostly pink. There wasn't chili on the chili cheese burger. We asked for an extra thick vanilla milkshake and it was almost as thin as milk TWICE. Two stars because the fries were crispy and seasoned otherwise I was really disappointed."

"What a fantastic surprise!! 2 little ones and I were looking for someplace close by the zoo. What an incredible surprise!!! A great kids menu and my tuna sandwich with avocado was just wonderful and hot the spot. The little ones were excited about their food as well. Such an awesome choice right across the street from the zoo. It was a welcoming 70 degrees inside from the rainy elements. The staff was so nice and for being busy... we did not wait very long at all for our meal. Thank you so SO much!!!!"
