"About 8 to 10 minutes later, our food finally arrived. I reiterated my disappointment, and soon after, another waitress came over to ask if there was an issue. Once again, I explained the situation, but she dismissed my concerns, implying I shouldn’t be upset. At that point, I had reached my limit. The single bite I took of my burger was cold, just like the tots, which were clearly sitting at the counter for far too long. I requested a full refund and left without eating. We won’t be returning, and I advise others to be cautious. It’s a shame, as I had hoped to add this restaurant to our regular dining spots."
