"I visited this restaurant two months ago and waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food before ultimately walking out. I returned again recently and experienced similar issues. Upon walking in, no one greeted us or helped us. Eventually, they told us to sit wherever we wanted. While seated, we observed another couple leave because they weren't attended to. The waiter informed us that we could only order appetizers, not dinner. We placed our order, but another couple who sat down after us also left after not receiving service. After 30 minutes of waiting, we inquired about our food to a manager. Unfortunately, when our order finally arrived, the Buffalo chicken was actually regular chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed and frustrated, we decided to leave. Additionally, the waiter appeared to be trembling as if going through withdrawal. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
