"I accepted his apology and understood that he means well for us and for our little restaurant. He always encourages us to be professional, even though he treats us like family. He often reminds us that professionalism leads to better service and, in turn, better tips! He takes great care of us, providing free lunch and dinner every day. 
While some of the meals can be quite traditional, we find ways to enjoy them. He even rewards us with treats from the neighboring restaurants. Overall, our manager is wonderful, and he has apologized to all of us. We use our breaks to work on his management suggestions and hope to see positive changes. We truly hope to continue receiving support from our customers."
