"I have been to Greece many times and know what a great gyro tastes like. For that reason, my standards for gyro are simply too high. But this place does a solid gyro that I enjoy eating. I always get the classic pork and they fill it up well and load it with fries. I recommend it to anyone that wants to try the Greek gyro in its original authentic form. And for those of you that do eat gyro, this spot does an honorable job."

"Small hole in the wall kinda place. But those are usually the best,as in the case of compadres. Awesome food, great service, neat environment and best of all GOOD MARGARITAS!!! best mex in Dayton. Thank the Lord for Compadres. I haven't found a place like this even in Carson City. Very much recommend. Been here many times and never a bad experience. The chimichanga with red sauce is great. The sampler platter is awesome. The salsa is good enough to drink. Haha. Love it! Parking: Don't show up past 5:30."

"Li'l Red's still on SR84 with its chicken marquee but now in a second incarnation farther from Port Everglades and nearer I 95 on the northeast side continues to attract enthusiastic lunch crowds with rib sticking, economical fare including the popular pork barbecue sandwich on thick sliced bread $4.50). Besides cole slaw, that plate includes a choice of two sides fries okay), dirty rice artfully seasoned), or collards divine). It's also possible to double down, with double collards, etc. Friendly service is efficient, and TVs are scattered about for breaking news, sports, etc."

"Came here on a Wednesday with 5 adults from my family. Lou Loud came highly recommended so we were excited to go.After we were seated for a while the manager took our order. I ordered crab bites as an appetizer for the table first and then for main dish flounder and shrimp. Our meals came out but not the appetizer. Since that happened I asked the manager to remove that from the bill which she did and apologized. The hush puppies and fries were room temperature and were hardly touched. The shrimp batter was soggy, room temp and un appetizing. I didn’t eat them and they were the worse shrimp I have ever had. Flounder was hot surprisingly and was the only thing I ate. No excuse for hot flounder and room temp shrimp and fries on same plate. My wife got the fish and chips. Sweet potato waffle fries were hot but the cod strips also room temp and soggy batter. She also didn’t eat that either. This was the same thing for two others as well. Only one person out of 5 finished their meal and the others thought is was the worse meal they had ever eaten. We asked the server for our check and she also apologized for the debacle. They weren’t busy!!The best part of the meal was when we left and I would never recommend Lou Lous to anyone. Absolutely disgusting."

"I usually find the food to be decent whenever I visit this restaurant. However, this morning, when I went there for breakfast with my mother, we ended up leaving without eating because of the disrespectful atmosphere created by what I believe was the owner. Right in front of customers, she yelled at a waitress who was simply cleaning a table and then proceeded to laugh and joke about it with others. It’s unacceptable to treat your staff that way, especially in front of patrons. It was very disappointing."

"After a White Sox game, I decided to get a burger and a bowl of chili with a cold draft beer. To my disappointment, I found out that the original Lindy's on Archer Avenue had closed down. Let me explain, I used to work at this restaurant in the 1970s and everything was made fresh, from the chili to the onion rings and French fries. The crew took pride in their cooking and the place was always bustling with customers. It's a shame that this iconic restaurant, a Chicago institution since the early 1920s, was sold and closed. People used to line up outside the doors at 10am just to taste the delicious fresh chili and other offerings at Lindy's on Archer Avenue. Bill Orr and Tennessee would be disappointed. It's truly shameful that Chicago has lost such an iconic restaurant at 3685 Archer Avenue."

"I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked my waitress for recommendations, and she suggested a fantastic variety of dishes. I ended up trying the hand-breaded chicken tenders tossed in mild Buffalo sauce, and I absolutely loved them. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. It's worth the drive for me!"

"Waited 30+ minutes for our food, our waiter was extremely innatentive and uncaring. He was rude while taking our orders. The food was good when we finally got it but I was waiting so long I was nauseous by the time it got there. Normally I love Scorros but I was furious with the waiter and the wait for our food. It was slow and everyone else got their food within 10 minutes. They didn't even bother to come tell us what the hold up was. Pretty disgusted with this visit, probably going to stop going there.Edit: happy to see the owner of the resturaunt threatening to blast me on social media, he has always been a hateful person. He can't handle any negative comments without crying. He thinks he has some power in espanola but he's just a sad, angry man. Ivan Herrera, learn to take a criticism without throwing your massive weight around."

"I came here about 6 years ago and had the best brisket! We took our grandparents to ride the GSMR Train so naturally I went back yesterday. Had to get to go plates as we had 2 who were wheelchair bound and it was raining. When we got back to the hotel… Disappointed does not even cover it. It went from the best brisket I’ve had to the worst brisket I’ve ever put in my mouth. It was so tough I couldn’t even chew through it. Banana pudding was a five star experience though. Which is the only reason I gave it 3."

"We ordered a lot of food for 4 people to try out their menu and all I can say the only thing that was worth it were the pancakes ?? -French toast was very mid with weird looking strawberries -Side of soup and salad was decent -Can’t go wrong with sausage, hash and scrambled eggs -Now the crepes were terrible. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these crepes if you don’t wanna get diabetes. It’s just a glob of jam/syrup/preserve inside these poor thin crepes. -The French dip sandwich meat was tougher than leather. SMH -seafood platter overpriced and so mid lol Overall I’d just come back for pancakes. Wouldn’t trust other items on the menu"

"This cafe is absolutely stunning with its open and bright atmosphere. The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. There are TVs throughout playing food network and sports, but they are not obtrusive. The music adds to the pleasant ambiance. The view of main street is fantastic and there are shops within walking distance. I highly recommend the strawberry chicken salad, with grilled chicken, ripe strawberries, feta cheese, pecans, and fancy lettuces. The freshly brewed tea is also a must-try. Overall, this cafe is a wonderful place to dine."

"I dined there four years ago, and my experience was much better back then. While the food was okay, it seemed overcooked. The waitress seemed quite rushed and almost appeared to be under the influence of something. The noise level was louder than I remembered, and the service was just off. It could have been an off day for them, but it definitely wasn't the same as I remembered, and I felt a bit embarrassed to have brought a guest with me."

"I hit this place about once a week, it's comfort food for me...1/4 dark, cilantro rice, collard greens. Ambiance isn't great for dining in, and the flimsy utensils they provide are not up to the task of pulling chicken, but price is decent and size and selection of sides is nice. I'm glad it's there and will keep going back. Parking: Standalone store in a giant strip mall center, endless parking. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Cilantro Rice, Roasted Potatoes, Peruvian Chicken Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot"

"If you are a fan of Panda Express and are passing through Pasadena (as we are from Colorado), this place is a must. Not only do they have the regular fare, but they might be cooking up something new like Sizzling Shrimp and Shrimp Fried Rice as I am having today. My daughter always loves the orange chicken, the price is not outrageous as so many things are these days, and the atmosphere is fun. I have to thank these guys for keeping us Asian families fed."

"The breakfast here is what you crave after a night out. Fried, greasy, goodness. Yet, it is still perfect for any situation. The pancakes are MASSIVE and the waffle was crispy and perfectly done. The diner itself hasnt changed in probably over 30 years and that's not a bad thing either. Service was amazing to boot despite the place being packed. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for breakfast. Puts IHOP and Perkins to shame!"
