"I LOVE Kizuna! I love the owners who now know my family and stop by when we dine there. This is soooo unique in Tyson’s and I want them here forever. It was a crowded Valentines night so I will give them a pass on that. But they got our order wrong, and the servers were a bit overwhelmed. Again, I love Kizuna! I want a bit more atmosphere though. Lights a bit lower at dinner. Not too low however. There are many families there, but work a bit more on the atmosphere, bc the food is great."

"it was terrible. they forgot us in the private room. we had to get up and ask someone to drink. they never came back and asked if we wanted more. no show for hibachi just cooked. never asked if we wanted to drink something, and we all had empty glasses, and I brought it with me without asking if we wanted anything else. the floor was so slippery. there were old eating at the grill. we were there for a special occasion and even decorated the room. they didn't make it special at all, we totally forget and unintentional. so grief."

"I had to wait for my food to arrive because I was concerned about food contamination, and I feel it's important to mention this. They called to charge me an extra dollar for additional sides of ginger dressing after I had already placed an order totaling over $80.00. The call lasted five minutes because I couldn't find my debit card. If the food is truly exceptional, I might reconsider, but being nickeled and dimed when I'm already tipping over 20% is a definite no for me from now on."

"My most recent visit to this restaurant was on Saturday, July 29, 2023, for dinner with my husband and my best friend from my hometown. We absolutely loved everything about this place - the convenient location, the nice ambiance, the BYOB option, the extensive menu, the friendly and attentive server, and the delicious and plentiful food. We will definitely be returning!"

"I got the Panang Curry with tofu…hands down one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. I love Thai food and curry but the dish I got seemed to be neither. It had an incredibly fishy aftertaste despite not containing any. The coconut milk tasted old and sour.The server (Jaime) was incredibly pushy when trying to get me to order the dish so I assumed it would be (one of) the best on their menu, suffice to say, it was not. I would never go here again and recommend others steer clear.In addition to the poor quality of food and customer service, their lunch special was not available despite it being 1pm on a Friday. The decor is the only thing saving this experience from being a 1/10."
