"We decided to come here for drinks and light bites on a weekday evening. We made a reservation before and please do so yourself so you can have guaranteed seating. By the time we left the restaurant was almost completely filled! Once seated we were given the menu to look over. I started with a glass of their white Portuguese option and ordered vegetarian tacos for the table. Overall the selection they had was good! Ambiance gave for a small Parisian wine enclave and it’s a great ambiance for a small group of friends or an intimate date night. A plus, it’s only a block away from the subway!"

When asking if we could move to a table along the edge with a view we were told they were specifically reserved. A second couple was almost sat at the other worst table available yet she complained of the smoke and was able to move to a table with an awesome view. Our service is what was the bummer My husband asked “what’s the Pilsner you have?” Our waitress answered “it’s a beer” He was clearly asked what brand When he asked what a food item that was on the menu she literally read everything listed in that food item that was on the menu rather than explaining what it was not just listing the ingredients. Drinks were slow and the inside was less than half full. My husband snuck away to remind them of our anniversary. Our waitress came back with a menu and said “he said it’s your anniversary you get a free desert if you wanna pick one from here” Just not the experience I wanted when dressed up for a special night The facility itself is pretty and the food was good"

"We have visited the Four Points Sheraton O'Hare Hotel for the past four years, dining each time at the Mirage Restaurant. Today, our server, Robert, continued the trend of friendly staff who made us feel very welcome! Our family of five ordered several dishes to share, including the 747 Club Sandwich Bruschetta, which is shown in the attached photos. The sandwich was already delicious on its own, but adding the house BBQ sauce really took it to the next level! It came with large fries that actually tasted like potatoes, unlike the tiny fries served at many other places. Four of us tried the Bruschetta, and we all loved it. Our meals were accompanied by a basket of rolls that perfectly complemented our experience. Not shown in the photos was the Chicken Rice soup, which was packed with flavor—dipping the rolls in the soup was definitely the way to go! We also ordered the kids' Chicken Strip basket, which had generous portions and came with sherbet, making it a big hit with the kids. There was nothing left on their plates! Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience. Robert was attentive and made sure everything was going smoothly. If we lived in the area, I have no doubt that we would return more than once a year!"

"I wanted to update everyone that this restaurant no longer offers a separate vegetarian menu. The vegan options were simply adapted from the regular menu and ended up being quite bland. The most disappointing dish was the farfalle pasta with plain tomato sauce, which they initially wanted to charge us $26 for, but still overcharged us at $13 even after we complained. It resembled something you would find on a kids menu at a low-quality restaurant. We were really disappointed with the chef's lack of flexibility and creativity in accommodating vegan diners. There were clearly better options on the menu that could have been reworked into a gourmet vegan meal, but the chef was not willing to stray from the specified ingredients. This lack of skill in adapting to dietary restrictions was a major letdown for us. I would advise vegans to steer clear of this restaurant."

"Their food is good. I didn 't pay as much attention as I usually do when out at a restaurant to my meal. I was enjoying a lovely sister day. That is... until cake arrived. I have a particular fondness and preference for chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. Look at the picture of this piece of cake. They do Not fool around. It was moist. It was delicious. The icing wasn 't 'too ' sweet. Yet, had that fantastic mouth feel of peanut butter. You don 't know me. But, I love food. I am not telling a story when I admit I had to take half my piece home for later. I also do try to balance the bad foods with the good foods. In this instance, I knew I 'd have competition for the remainder of the piece once home. I ordered a second piece to share with the family! I promise to review their actual food when I go next time. This time, the cake was Not a Lie. Xoxo"

"There was no one in the restaurant, no one. We waited minutes for a staff member to come and both the front desk person and bartender (off in another room) watched us wait without assistance. A server finally came and after we ordered our food came out in under minutes, all at the same time. For tapas and items ordered that was not fresh and certainly microwaved and that’s what it tasted like. Also a DJ started playing music at the volume for a person club at a spot that could hold"

"I went on a date with my fiancé to this restaurant and discovered online that there were multiple vegan options available. However, the actual menu at the restaurant did not indicate any vegan items, so it's helpful to have the online menu on hand. For starters, we ordered the salsa trio, plantain empanadas, quinoa croqueta, and cauliflower al pastor tacos. All of the dishes were delicious and had unique flavors that we couldn't find at other restaurants. Unfortunately, the main course, quinoa chaufa, lacked taste and did not come with soy sauce dressing as expected. I ended up just using salsa to add flavor, which was disappointing considering the $12 price tag."

"This is one of those sidewalk resturants on a heavily trafficked tourist street. The manager has two people engaging passers-by to draw them in. We were biking around and decided to stop here for a quick snack. Once we were seated we checked Yelp and saw the horrible reviews but were hungry so we decided to hang anyway and just have some appetizers. We had ceasar salad, eggplant parm and some fries. All were pretty good. We also ordered a margarita and a draft corona. The margarita was massive and we asked how much and were told $20. We sent it back and ordered a glass of wine instead. We were charged $22 for the medium draft beer. Our server was Ricardo. He was really great. Nice guy and Very personable and earned 1 star. Everything else was reasonable. The tag was steep at $108 for a quick bite for two. It seems as though every restaurant in Miami,automatically adds 18%. This place was no exception."

"This place is a train wreck of a restaurant. As others have said- it?s close to the clinic, and inside of a beautiful hotel. Those are about the only positive aspects of the restaurant. It?s poorly managed and that?s blatantly clear. The food washorrible- especially in relation to the prices. You?re probably better off at Burger King for 1/4 of the price."
