From the moment my party of four stepped into Issabella's, we were greeted by Victor and his team then enveloped in an atmosphere that was both elegant and inviting. The restaurant exudes a sophisticated charm, with its tastefully curated decor and panoramic views of the bustling Lincoln Road. The soft, ambient music in the background added a layer of tranquility to the vibrant Miami scene outside. Our gastronomic adventure began with the Pesto Rigatoni. The pasta was cooked to al dente perfection, each strand coated in a vibrant, fresh pesto that was a delightful dance of flavors on the palate. The dish was a testament to the beauty of simplicity, where each ingredient was allowed to shine. The Chicken Bowl was a hearty and satisfying dish. The chicken, cooked to perfection, was tender and juicy, while the accompanying vegetables added a welcome crunch.
