"I heard about the concept next door: affordable farm-to-table dining that is completely sustainable. So, I drove all the way from Nevada to give it a try. Wow, the food was incredible, and I could feel the quality in my body the next day—I genuinely felt great. I highly recommend the beef burger cooked medium-rare; it was amazing (I got it without the bun). The 50/50 left me with some discomfort in my stomach; I think mushrooms might not be for me. However, the cauliflower salad was delicious, and I find myself craving it! The veggie bowl was also exceptional. I truly hope that all food in America moves in this direction; it really needs to!"
