"To start, our waiter told us we could sit anywhere, remarking that he “didn’t care” where we chose because he was just there to “serve.” This left me a bit confused about whether we should place our order before sitting outside. After waiting for 20 minutes outside without seeing him, we noticed that other customers who arrived after us were being served. So, we decided to move inside, but the waiter didn’t apologize for neglecting us.
To make matters worse, my hot dog was completely cold, and shockingly, the actual meat was ice-cold! The group sitting across from us had similar issues; their food was also cold, and the cook seemed to be messing up orders frequently. One member of their party ordered a burger but received a hot dog instead. After a lengthy wait, she opted not to argue and simply asked to have it removed from her bill.
I sent my cold hot dog back and waited 15 more minutes for a replacement. This was really frustrating, especially when the waiter claimed they were short-staffed and backed up. He seemed annoyed, suggesting it wasn’t his fault, but it felt unprofessional nonetheless. Given that the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all, it’s surprising they couldn’t manage the small number of customers.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. It may have just been a bad day, but it’s a risk I wouldn’t suggest taking. Also, parking was not free."
