"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"The food was delicious; I tried the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. I especially liked their pasta-to-go deal. The staff was attentive and made sure all our food and drink orders were correct, even with takeout. There was a mix-up when two members of my group received the wrong checks, but the staff handled the situation well. Although it took some time, they worked diligently to ensure that everything was sorted out correctly. I was so full from the main course that I didn't have room for dessert, but they still brought me birthday cookies with candles and a strawberry. It was a thoughtful gesture, completely unexpected but very sweet. I highly recommend Maggiano's for large gatherings and high-quality Italian cuisine. Thank you, Maggiano's, for a wonderful birthday celebration!"

"I visit this restaurant with my family whenever they come to town, which is typically twice a year. My family members are originally from Ohio, and this is their favorite spot. The food is excellent, there are TVs for sports, and the service is great. If you're looking for delicious food and want to escape the Las Vegas scene, especially on the south side near Grand View and South Point, I highly recommend this place!"

"We haven’t been to this restaurant in quite awhile as our last visit it was disappointing. I have to say that the food today was just amazing! Everything we had we absolutely delicious! The Polish cabbage rolls were outstanding with a incredible mushroom sauce!!! The Chef now is fantastic and the staff was more than willing to spend time explaining anything we asked. "The wine sommelier came to our table pushing the most expensive red wine, but most of us opted for a different red wine and two of us wanted white wine. The two who wanted white wine had to wait longer to be served. Despite having an 8:00 pm reservation, we were not seated until 8:30 pm and our service was slow. We were the last table to leave, as the other workers began cleaning up before we were done. We had visited this restaurant during our Spring Training trip the year before and had received much better service. Unfortunately, we won't be returning in the future as there are plenty of other Italian restaurants to choose from."

"I did not want to post a review the day we went to this restaurant because I was really too upset to write about it. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time, even though we have lived in the valley for 15 years. We are Hispanic and this is the first time in the 15 years we have lived in this valley that we have felt discriminated. The hostess took us to our table almost immediately and she brought water. After that we waited for 10 minutes until the bartender came to our table and told us that he only had to sing happy birthday to a customer and he would be right back. That didn 't happen. He did attend to the other customers but did not come back to our table, even though my husband had order a drink when he came the first time. The drink came after another 10 minutes, but it was brought to him by another waiter. We waited at least 10 more minutes and since nobody came to take an order we stood up and started leaving. It was at that exact moment that the bartender followed us outside and started yelling at us that he was going to come to our table. I turned around and in a quiet voice told him that we could talk about it but instead of talking to me he walked away. Then he came back and asked me What do I do with your glasses? Do I throw them away? I thought he was talking about our water glasses and hesitated for a second. I then realized that he was talking about my reading glasses that were left on the table and came back to pick them up. In a quiet voice again I told him we could talk about this I do not want to make a scene. But instead he told me that he could 've just thrown my glasses away and walked away from me. He never acknowledged the fact that we had been waiting for a half hour, without any service. We felt extremely humiliated and thought that we had received that treatment because we are not white. I would 've loved to talk to a manager, but then I found out that he is the manager. Too bad! They lost two clients. However I can see they really can 't care less."

"Yummy! One of the best Mexican restaurants in town. All locations are amazing, but this is the original. Horchata is delicious here and the food is great. If your vegetarian make you a bean rice and cheese burrito and it's super good. If you eat meat, all choices are great. Very recommended."

"The French Bistro is a unique Argentinian style steak house with a French twist as the name would imply. However the menu covers a broad array of special dishes lending to the extremely engaging owners talent for handling all styles of cuisine. From the broad selection of appetizers covering both the expected (escargot) and unexpected (Picada Sharing Board) to excellent onion soup, the main courses cover a complete spectrum with six unique creations of filet mignon, many excellent beef creations, lamb chops, multiple tender chicken dishes, pork and a broad selection of seafood. Beyond the excellent flavor, it's the portions that blow you away, as each of us received not one but two cuts of filet mignon each, with one at least 10 and the other 12 ounces or more. We had enough for dinner again the following night. Leave room for desert, particularly the Crepe Caramel Flambe with Rum....which is to die for. Honest to God! Possibly the finest desert we've ever had.......bar none. All this and at a very reasonable price. Visit soon before this moderately busy family owned restaurant is discovered by all and scoring a reservation requires calling weeks in advance. Friendlier owners and servers you will not find at any price. Thank you for addressing our request for a special table for my Wife's special birthday!"

"Not being a fan of Italian food made me hesitate for so long before I decided to visit this restaurant, however it is definitely one of the most distinguished restaurants in the area of Kendall. No reservation is required. They have capacity to accommodatea large of clients following COVID 19 protocol. The ambiance is excellent, the main room is considerably nice, even when Ialways chose the lateral side. I love its decor with plants. The staff is very professional and efficient. The treat can't bebetter and their recommendations are always good. I have tried calamari but didn't think it was great, however in my last visitI tried the filet mignon, special recommendation by the chef. It was extremely good. Its presentation was impeccable. Itstexture and flavor were outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. Completely worth it. They desert exhibition is amazing. Myfriend tried an apricot which seemed good, but I didn't even try since I go on strict diet (keto) and asked for a beautiful anddelicious cappuccino with no sugar. Overall I had a great experience in all the 3 visits and look forward to having lunch inthis place again."

"Best traditional Italian food I have had in ages. Anchovies are an option on the Caesar! That’s hard to find these days. The garlic bread is superb. The pesto stole the show. The limoncello dessert paired with the house port sent us over the moon. The house Chianti is superb. The ambiance is more festive than the usual traditional Italian place. The service was great. They know how to make you feel taken care of without interrupting conversation. They were kind enough to squeeze us in early on NYE without a reservation. We got lucky. We will be back!"

"The food was good but the service was so BAD!!!! I went here today for brunch and the restaurant wasn’t even full!! My waitress didn’t even us utensils or napkins!! She even forgot our food. She didn’t check up on us. She didn’t even clear some plates so we have room to eat. The natural lemonade is too sour. The sugar doesn’t do anything to the drink!!! I always get their food but this time I sat in the place to eat. I’m not unsatisfied with the service but the food was good. Me and my dad were very disappointed in this restaurant!! The lady even put 15% for tip which added like $20 to our bill. Her service was so bad I can’t even explained it!!"
