"I’m so sad to have to write a bad review! I’ve had Ken’s Pizza a handful of times and really like it, especially the handmade blue cheese. However,this past Saturday my 3 friends and I gotfood poisoning!!We started getting sick the night of and all of the next day. I called and spoke with the manager, and then the owner called me back. He basically said I apologize, there is nothing I can do. He wouldn’t offer a discount or to refund our order, which was only $65 in the grand scheme of things. I just don’t understand how a business can react like this. He said it looked like this was my first time ordering, and no one else had called to complain, so nothing he can do. It was my first time ordering in my new apartment, so they basically treated me like a one time customer (which shouldn’t matter, a customer is a customer)This is all such a disappointment because I’m all about supporting small businesses, and I would have overlooked the food poisoning and remained a customer... but this kind of customer service shocked me. If several customers get food poisoning, something should be done about it."
