"We eat here regularly because of the big menu and food. They have very nice waiters and they give you the best service in the area! Every time we're there, we had another waitress and all were super efficient and nice. All their food is really good and also servings. Very recommended. You could be better wearing masks. I don't like waitresses who wear them with nasal performance or none at all."

"We went for a late lunch with appetizers and drinks. We also were ordering some takeout to take home for later. The waitress was friendly. It took a bit of time (not that we were in a hurry) to receive our drinks and appetizer. The waitress commented on the bar tender taking forever. The clams casino was delicious just not real hot in the center. We both ordered broiled stuffed shrimps. These were also very tasty but again not very hot in temperature. You could tell that the sides were sitting on the plate a bit before the entree was placed there. My husband asked for ketchup and additional drinks but by the time the waitress brought these items he was already done his French fries. The atmosphere was very nice with the fire places burning. It just seemed as though for the amount of people that was in the dining room the service could have been better and the food hotter."

"The service at the restaurant was very slow even though it was not crowded. The burger was supposed to be cooked medium rare but came out well done. After sending it back, it took a long time to receive another burger which was still overcooked with no pink inside. Despite showing the server, we couldn't wait any longer as the rest of us were almost finished with our meals. We felt that a complimentary burger was warranted, but we were charged full price. However, after contacting the manager the next day, we were reassured that this was not typical customer service. The manager not only refunded the cost of the burger but the entire bill of $54.00, including the tip. This gesture exceeded our expectations and we will continue to support the restaurant because of their generosity."

"New style Italian, but with most of your favorites offered. Pop's For Italian is really good, often really rich, Italian dining. Garlic Bread this is serious business. Everything about this is right. Tons of garlic, perfectly baked dough, perfect amount of salt. Tried a couple of the spreads, but the bread was way better all by itself. Calamari nicely done! No rubber rings in the batch. Super crunchy batter with great seasoning. Wild Mushroom Fettuccine creamy yet earthy. Delicious and so rich you probably won't be able to finish it in one sitting. Trout Risotto delicious. Served with a couple of asparagus stalks. Kinda small serving of the trout itself. Nana's Gnocchi creamy buttery sauce with Blu Cheese and Italian sausage. Probably the best thing on the menu. Atmosphere They have a giant Statue Of Liberty on display; which seems odd because Lady Liberty was a gift from the French... Service very attentive. No ice in the water or in the refills. No lemon wedges or sugar offered with the Ice Tea. Highly Recommend"

"This was probably my 5th time at Sammy’s and unfortunately will be my last. When I made my reservation I specifically requested a table away from the bar area as one person in my party is hearing impaired. Upon arriving, we were taken to a table right near the bar and I asked the hostess if it would be possible to sit elsewhere per my reservation request and she acknowledged that they had received my request but would not be accommodating it. At this time, we did consider leaving the restaurant entirely that this was an unacceptable way of handling this matter. Additionally, although the bread was excellent as always, several of the entrées were mediocre to poor quality. Specifically, the chicken used in several of the pastas has declined in quality and appears to be processed frozen chicken pieces i.e. Tyson etc. also, the Alfredo sauce now appears to be powdered/jarred white sauce rather than the high-quality sauce served previously. It is very disappointing to see the decline in food quality and preparation over the last year. In light of all these factors, I will not be going to this restaurant again and do not recommend it to anyone else."

"Today I came in for breakfast which it was a Wednesday morning. I was quite excited for my friends to try the filling station for the first time. But I had a horrible experience and probably will never return. I had to wait 30 minutes for a seat which was normal. But then when I sat down I had to wait another 30 minutes for literally no waiter to come to greet us or even give us any water. Whoever was running the shift definitely shouldn’t be working there. As it wasn’t even as busy during the weekend and left 5 people heavily disappointed. I also wanted to add that when we all got up the lady who seemed like she was running the shift asked if we were in a time crunch… like a customer should wait a total of an hour to not even get any water or even a simple greeting? That’s absolutely ridiculous. I was so disappointed today and I loved coming here but today just ruined it. I would come here almost twice to three times a month. But it really showed me today that they don’t care. No customer should be sitting there and not even get a greeting or some water. They should really reevaluate things because this experience will definitely make me find another breakfast place."

"Literally the worst dining experience our server was hitting on me, he took our order the food came to the table he NEVER came back to check on us. I had to call different servers to get us things that we needed I got a steak and there was hair in it. I called for a manager she took the food away I told her that our server hadn’t come back to check on us she left took my food away and STILL no one ever came back to see if we needed anything. I ordered a Malbec there was two flies in my glass I called the manager again her name was Ashlee I believe. She apologized took the glass and took care of the bill. HORRIBLE FOOD SERVICE and even the manager was horrible."

"You do a great performance by doing all the others, but Triple Fresh to fulfill your wedding. Mike and his staff were the landmark of professional and enthusiastic. First they invited us to sample their delicious sample menu. Next, they even negotiated with us about the price. It seemed like they were as enthusiastic about the wedding as we were. We found this to mean a lot, because after the first meeting we were sold 100% on this family business. A place like Triple Fresh is a breath of fresh air in a world where it seems that companies only take care of their lower line and care little about their end product and services. Not only did they have excellent food to carve our family, but they also helped immensely through the decor of the candy table, place settings, middle pieces, decorations and just everything else. It is a rare opportunity to find a business that seemed so really ready to help us make our wedding perfect. The only thing I would change is that I was wasting my time with so many other Caterers before I found Triple Fresh. Mike and this family business are simply at a different level than his competitors. Thank you."

"I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious tacos. They had just the right amount of spice, which I love! The service was excellent and the staff was very polite. Judging by the pictures on the menu and the dishes being served to other customers, it is clear that they have great food. Our food arrived promptly and we did not have to wait long at all. There is free parking available, although it may be limited due to the older location. However, there are still plenty of spots nearby or in the shared parking lot with the other stores in the plaza."

"We ordered several items (see below from Mama 's Pizza and Grill in Mandarin off San Jose Blvd the other day and we were VERY DISAPPOINTED .... WE WILL NOT GO BACK.The Chicago-Style pizza was undercooked dough with cheese and NO sauce on top like it shows in their menu.The pepperoni pizza was average at best but had too little sauce on it and the pepperoni was burnt around the edges! The Sampler Appetizer was all fried and some of the items were still cold inside. We had to heat them up in the microwave when we got home. Definitely not worth the $16.99 price tag!The Antipasto Salad was probably the best of our order but it was well below average.Unfortunately, we will not go back, not so much about the food, but the lady that took our order over the phone and was there when we picked up our order was very rude. Almost nasty to a point! After my wife checked out, she asked her if everything was there and she said it was. When she got to the car, my wife realized that one of the items was missing so she went back in. The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that something was missing .... it was sitting on top of one of the ovens!Sorry to be so blunt here but there are several other local options in our area (I.e. Serafina 's; Bala 's; V 's, etc. that are much better .... especially in being nice! Being polite and nice behind the counter to a customer is key to a successful customer-centric business. Have fun out there and be safe!"

"Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night, had not eaten here in years. Staff was friendly but the service was tediously slow and a fruit fly in my wine was not a great return experience. Got an amazing appetizer then waited 25 mins for an entree. Told my wife the order probably got lost/forgotten and I bet my food comes out underdone. As expected got hastily cooked rare lamb chops. One was edible, one was just fat and two were beyond rare and did not eat them. Never saw a server until my meal was cold, ate my wife's meal and got the check and left. Probably be years before I return again."

"Lisa, the owner and manager, was not truthful with us. We had reserved the party room and paid a $100 deposit, but when the time came, she gave the room to a friend and left us in the main dining area for our business meeting and Christmas party. The place has become a complete disappointment since her involvement. A couple of years ago, our organization brought nearly 1,000 customers there after a fundraiser, but I can assure you that will not happen again. In the future, we will choose to support a restaurant in Knoxville instead; at least they are honest and don’t take deposits under false pretenses."

"our server started pleasant. table next to us asked for a manager. there was a problem. She never came back to us, ran away and disappeared for 25 minutes. When she came back, my man said he had liked another limo. she rolled her eyes and cried nicki, brought this table a pepsi. very unprofessional. other servicers had smiles on their faces and were pleasant. another service helped to delete our table and get drinks in our server abnormality and it was very pleasant. our server has left a bad taste in our mouth. brunch was nothing special that really lacked on the ground rib and the ham looked too dry to even rehearse. seafod newburg was overwhelmed by red papers. lack of salat articles was disappointing for many in our party. Outdoor special event (family fun zone) was amazing for mother's day. no quantity and great entertainment. Unfortunately, the choice of food and the setting of the server will not return to us."
