"The service was very disappointing. I ordered a Caprese salad, but they replaced it with a completely different salad without informing us properly. The substituted salad was a burrata salad, and it didn’t even have any cheese, which makes me think that’s why my Caprese salad wasn’t served at all. While this was frustrating, it was somewhat understandable. However, when I called to inquire about getting something more to my liking, the staff member was incredibly rude and hung up on me mid-sentence, which is completely unacceptable. They need to improve their service."
