"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. I went there last night after seeing an enticing picture on Instagram, but I was let down to find that nearly every meat dish was overcooked. Despite this, my husband and I decided to order something. When we asked about our choices, the person at the counter seemed completely unsure of what we were asking for, so we had to resort to showing her a picture from the menu. That was our second warning sign. When the server began to bring out our food, she appeared confused about how to serve it, which only added to our frustration."
