"The food at Port is consistently good. However, we had a missing portion of our online order last night. When I contacted the restaurant, I expected to be directed to call doordash for a refund. To my surprise, the staff was very polite and explained that they were out of curly fries so they substituted regular fries. They also promised to send out our missing mozzarella sticks along with an additional order of fries. We eventually received the rest of our order along with a complimentary giant cookie as an apology. Thank you for your quick and professional handling of the situation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman I spoke to. Thank you again!"

"The mozzarella sticks were very crispy, but they didn't have a seasonal flavor (3/5). The spinach and artichoke dip was good, earning a score of 3.5/5. The cookies and cream pizookie was fantastic and deserves a 5/5, priced at $9.15. The service was average, so I’d rate it 3/5. Overall, I'm here enjoying my meal."
